I took my car to Hollis body to be repaired on January the 22nd. The owner told me it’ll take ten days from them to repair my car. It’s pass ten days. I went to the shop to check on my car February 1st the car wasn’t being worked on mentioned he was waiting on my door to come in which was suppose to be there the next day which would’ve been February the 3rd. I called to check on my car today February 7, 2024. They stated how the door piece that they order came in dented or damaged. He mentioned how this was his third time ordering this same piece. He also said how the piece should be in this afternoon. He mentioned that I should give him a call Monday to check on my car. He never gave me an estimated time or day when I can get my car back. I would like to know if they really ever ordered the piece. I’m carless I had to return the rental car cause my ten days are up.
