Payed 1200 down for a 2005 Hyundai Elantra GLS and 350 per month and I have had nothing but problems. I have had to replace battery, cv axle, alternator, tires, and now the windows wo t let up or down, the fuses keep blowing, and it's revving up so high it could blow a motor. He refuses to have it fix and every month I pay him he's always texting me around the middle telling me I haven't paidInitial Complaint

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY OR FIANCE ANY VEHICLE FROM THIS MAN HERE IN Jackson County 4121 Lafayette Street. A few months ago we stopped at this car lot and test drove a 2010 Kia Forte NO Issues at all fell in love well we got all information on the car and price and all and 2 weeks ago I was hired for a great paying job in Panama City on front beach road from where I live that's a 1hour and 22 min drive there and home and most of you know I normally drive a 2016 Chevy 1500 and we all know that is a Gas drinker so 2 weeks and 3 days ago before my start date at my new job I managed to save up the $2,500 down payment out of the $5,900 this man is asking for this car. June 5, 2023 first thing that morning I went to Joseph Uchebo Enterprise LLC @ 4121 Lafayette st. Marianna Fl. I put down $2,500 on this car. The same day I took it home first hour of driving no problem then as I continue driving the car it started to jerk a Lil and make like this weird high pitch sound so the I went and had the oil changed along with other things American Lube Fast suggested for the car as they had ran a "Recent Service History Report" on it. Total $157.71 I left there and as I was driving car started doing the same jerking and high pitch sound this time my "Check Ingine Light" comes on so I Said Okay 'Auto Zone here I come'. I asked a young man in there on June 5, 2023 at 5:26pm if he could put a code reader on the car? He did and we went inside where he up the code reader to their computer and brought up a few different things as I have the proof in the pictures. One of the codes mention Prower Train System. On the auto zone paper it said Most likely solution, REPLACE VARIABLE CAMSHAFT TIMING SOLENOID (VCT). I went to Bumber to Bumber cause they were the ONLY ONE who could get the part and I had to pick it up from the Warehouse. Replaced that part drove drove drove continued the samething. On June 6th I called Mr Joseph Uchebo and told him I think the car is having some transmission problems He told me to let him finish up with his customer and he would call me back in 10 to 15mins. An hour and a half went back I heard nothing so I took the car up there. When I arrived he was showing cars to a family and he came up to me and said Please just let me finish with them and then we will talk please don't say anything while my customers are here. I agreed because I trusted that this man was gonna make things right. After he was finish with the family he came over asked what was going on? I explained to Mr Uchebo exactly what the car has been doing stated that we went and had the fluids changed on the vehicle and had it put on a code reader and also tried replacing a part it suggested that would fix the problem showed him all the proof and told him it still continues to do the same. Mr Uchebo proceeds to tell me he knew about this situation and that his Machanic also replaced a part and the car needed to relearn the parts to drive it 2 weeks and if it doesn't fix itself then Pay him NO MORE MONEY, Cause he was a man of his word and he knew for a fact it was not the transmission that he WOULD NOT SELL ME A BAD CAR. I also gave Mr. Uchebo my Tag off of my GMC truck for him to transfer over to the Kia. I agreed and left the car lot thinking okay the computer just has to relearn the new parts like Mr Joseph said and everything is gonna be fine. On June 16,2023 I contacted Mr Uchebo by phone and reported that the car was still acting up and I didn't wanna continue driving the vehicle for it to make it Worse as it already has from doing as he said continue to drive it. Once again Mr Uchebo told me he was with customers that he would call me back I a few after they left. Never heard anything from him. This was at 5:20pm. On Monday June 19,2023 4:00pm I went to the Office after work to make my 1st Payment and Mr Uchebo was not at the office nor would he answer or respond back to my calls. On Thursday June 22,2023, I was on my way to work when all of a sudden the car started jerking so back and it would not switch gears My first night to be on my own at work tonight and I had to call out when I was 30mins away. When I was trying to get the car and myself home I continuously called and called Mr Uchebo when it seemed he would answer the phone for 8 seconds and hang up on me repeatedly. After getting home I got a friend to run me up to the Car lot where once again NO Joseph Uchebo. I called all 3 numbers he has posted I beep the horn 3or4 times cause he LIVES AT THE CARLOT. I also let a not on his door that it was very important he contacted me. About 10 mins after returning back to my house He finally calls my phone and This man denies EVERYTHING DUDE. I asked him about my Tag and he states.... Did you even give me a tag? June 6, 2023 I gave this man my Tag and he has yet to transfer my tag over where my temporary tag expires in a few days and he refuses to fix the transmission, put me in a better reliable car, or Give me my money back. Told me to fix My Car. I told him to give me the dam Title and my tag and I will fix MY CAR. But this is not my car this man is trying to make me pay for a lemon he's trying to finance me. I've replaced the windshield wipers, the brakes and rotors were scrubbing metal to metal 4 days after getting the car replaced those. Only 2 windows let down in the car theirs no antenna on the car so you can't play the radio so went and bought an ax cord only to realize it must be striped out or something sounds like chipmunks singing when use, I had to recharge the air conditioner the air bag light won't go off. I was in need of this car and I Guess cause I was a young women this man targeted me if I was trying to fix the car or trying to fix the problem to then I would see why he would kinda be this way but I been putting money into a car that I still owe $3,400 on and now the freaking Transmission is gone and he thinks its my responsibility to fix this car and continue making payments or he's gonna have my vehicle repo? This man new about the cars problem before selling it to me and he continues to beat around the bush and fight and threaten me instead of trying to make things right.Initial Complaint

I bought a car from this man at his establishment July 2022. It's located in Marianna, FL and he advertises on ********. I got my father to go with me, as I am a single mother who doesn't know that much about cars. We look at a car I saw advertised on ******** marketplace under his name. The car he had listed, that I wanted to see, was a 2008 Toyota Yaris. When I got there, I pulled the ****** and it said the car had 227,000 miles, but he listed it as 97,000 miles. He began to tell my father and I that it was a mistake on ****** and it's wrong. He showed my dad another website where it said 97,000 miles. I was skeptical, so I moved onto the next car he had on the lot. (I should've went with my gut and left then) I saw the 2007 Toyota Camry, and decided to take it to a local Firestone Auto Care located in Marianna. The mechanic there told me the car was relatively high priced but otherwise in decent shape. He told my dad, from what he could see, it needed a tuneup and the AC looked at. The AC wasn't blowing cold air, more like warm air. However it shouldn't be too costly. So I bought the car for $6500. A week later I take it to Toyota Service center and they inform me the person that sold me the car took out the bulb for the check engine light. Evidently, the Cadillac converter needs to be replaced. The mechanic estimated near $3000 to replace it. He also told me that the check engine light should've been on and someone must have tampered with it because the light will not work. When my dad contacted him about it, he said no, that's just how he got the car and it's cheaper than $3000 to fix it. He then says he'll have to call him back because he's with a customer. He never called my dad back. My dad text him informing him that "fraudulent concealment is illegal." He replied that maybe we did it ourselves to get back at him and that he did nothing to it. I hope other people see this before they buy a car from him. I really wish I would have.
