I was sold a car that was wrecked and covered up and was never reported. I attempted to call several times after talking to a manager and no one returned my call even after talking to a Manger stating that he would contact me never did. Once I spoke with Williams Body Shop, I searched for the number to call Nissan of Marianna formally known as Rahal Miller Nissan. The operator /secatary answered the phone and I introduced myself, Kevin Smalls then proceeded to explain my situation so that she could direct me to someone that maybe able to help me. She stated that she was directing my call to the manager. Once connected to the manager and once again explain the situation and what I was told about old damages that has prolonged the repair to my car under my insurance. He had pulled my file and stated that Mike no longer works for them and that they were under new management. He also stated when I purchased the car in which it has been approximately 6 months. He stated that he needed to make some calls and asked what would be a good number to reach me at and I gave him my office number and also my cell phone number. He called the office, and the call was transferred to my location in the kitchen. He stated that he gave the owners my number and that they would call me tomorrow to discuss the situation. November 8, 2023 I received no call from anyone to discuss this issue.

the service department needs new management. They would not allow me to talk with service advisor 24 hours after having vehicle doing unauthorized work. vehicle was in shop for only a steering fluid leak which was not repaired. I was told I would be called once they discovered where fluid was leaking from. I called 4 times asking to speak with service advisor to check on status when basically being told vehicle was ready for pickup. Without authorization someone ran diagnostics apparently causing damage because vehicle stalled shortly after leaving shop. I called service department being told everyone was done for the day. Horrible service!!
