David "Dave" ******** is a scammer and liar. It's a good idea for everyone that he has stolen money from to go to the police station and file a police report ASAP. It is a crime for someone to be paid for services and not complete them. It's also a felony if this crime happened when FL was under a state of emergency. David ******** scammed me (a female disabled veteran that lives out of state) of $8,100. He signed a contract that includes a kitchen remodel. I paid the deposit on 5/18/21 (via Zelle, Apple Pay and Venmo) which he said would go to a plumber and electrician. (Adam Sims of Riptide Plumbing & Leak Detection referred David ******** to me and said David was a General Contractor.) Adam (plumber) asked for the deposit and David did not give it to him. David is not a General Contractor. I live out of state so through this process, David kept lying and telling me work was being done. He didn't do a day of physical labor. He lied to police officers. He lied to a lawyer. He lied to me. I hope everyone can get their money back and that this stops before he tries scamming any others. My water heater randomly broke while he had my house keys. I had to have my tile and walls ripped up from the water damage. He says he'll mail them (to my out of state residence where the house isn't located) but hasn't. I told him don't mail them without a tracking number. Not sure if he's trying to steal my keys as well. If he has scammed you, I can be contacted at *************************. I am currently losing rental income daily and would like my money returned ASAP.

We signed a contract with Dave Bradford ( AquaBear Services LLC in April 7 of 2021 to put up a vinyl fence immediately. We gave him a check for $7,146.42 for him to start the work. We waited for him to come put the fence up and he never showed. We contacted him and he assured us that he was waiting on materials. After several months of waiting for him to start we realized he wasn't coming. We asked for our money back. He again assured us he would refund our money but he had to sell the fence he already purchased for us before he could and asked us to write a letter stating we wanted a refund so we did. After many months of him stringing us along saying it's almost time cause he has almost sold the fence we got frustrated with him constantly telling us one more week, two more weeks , 3 more days etc etc we confronted him saying we wanted our money. He informed us that he didn't owe us anything and said stop contacting him.

On 12 May 2021, Dave Bradford of Aquabear Services LLC (850-797-0855) provided an estimate (#E210512463) of $4157 for fence removal and replacement at my residence in Niceville, FL. He was provided a check for the full amount, $4157, on 14 May 2021 which was immediately cashed. No was work was scheduled in May, June, July or August despite numerous efforts and correspondence via text and phone conversations to establish a hard date to accomplish the job. Additionally, all correspondence was initiated by me. He never reached out at anytime to provide scheduling updates. After 3 1/2 months of no work, no scheduled work, nor even a follow on visit to the job site, I ask for a full refund of $4157 on 2 Sep 2021. I notified him via phone and email as he requested. I have not received any acknowledgement from Dave despite continual emails and texts about receiving a refund. I desire a full refund of $4157 from Aquabear Services LLC.
