If you want a fast white wash job, call Lenard. Unfortunately, we called him to have complete interior and exterior paint job while living in the house and we regret calling him. Paint splatter, drips, and missed spots are a constant reminder that Lenard was here. Example, he prepped the exterior of the house, took a week off, then did not reprep upon return. He painted over leaves, grass and dirt. When I asked for stucco repair, the area was filled with foam and painted. There is an obvious difference. There was a excess glob of foam on the front porch that he painted over. There is paint on windows, furniture, cabinets, doorknobs....you name it. When areas were pointed out, he got defensive and argumentative. Even went so far to say his quote was underestimated because of his touch-up areas. 3 months after completion, we are still finding mistakes. I would definitely not recommend.

I work with this customer that makes me so uncomfortable there was lot of furniture that was in my way there were no space I did the best I could and even so she wasn't satisfied with my effort , if you guys should post that might as well cancel my subscription. She was just on headache she is the worst Customer, I have ever work with also I think she is prejudice. It wasn't stucco it was EIFS so if I had used the stucco mix it wouldn't finish good so I used the foam inwhich that wasn't in my quote but I did it for free I wasn't defensive and argumentative that lady just did not like me because i'm black. the color in her house was a dark brown and when I was giving her my quote she didn't say to me that the color is going to change on the Interior, I give her a quote for 2coats and I have to go over the interior walls with several coats on each coats I apply everyday the next day she place tapes all over the walls, and as never offer to me some extra paint I had to purchase paint out of whatever I charge her, god knows everything, sometimes stuff happen to us in life when our heart is corrupt. we should love and respect each on every one in life and learn to appreciate others.

I have never been so insulted in my entire life. I do not have an ounce of prejudice or racism in my being. If I did, why would I have hired a black painter to begin with? I was never rude or uncaring in any way. Lenard just did not like my comments when I told him at the end of the job the things I was unhappy with in his work. It's a shame he felt the need to say ugly things about me in response.
