      If I could give American Rattan Zero star I would. I spent $6000 for a Riviera dining set it took about a year to get it, excused the delay because of COVID. On 9/2/22, I placed an order for a Riviera console table. Paid 1/3 deposit. Followed up constantly, *******************,never initiated a contact to me. On 10/12/23, I contacted him again for delivery status, although they continue to advertise the table at a $300 increase. I was told that the company was no longer making the table. I contacted the 800 number spoke to his wife who told me she sold the same table a week ago. Awaiting my refund. It. been nearly weeks. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WANT HEAR FROM THEM UNLESS YOU MAKE THE CALL. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

      I'm so glad to have you as a great customer. You ordered a $6000 dining set from **, received it and then returned to order the Riviera console table so you must love your 6k dining set and we are so grateful for your business. Classic Rattan, the manufacturer advised us the console table could be on various containers. They would receive containers and the table wasnt on them. We would have loved to sell you that table but we cant sell you something that didnt arrive.The part of this review where someones wife advised they just sold the table is just plain "not true" because we have no wives working here. And of course we can't sell a product that doesnt exist. I think in this regard the customer has us confused with another company because of the wives comment and also because we always refund a customers deposit when they cancel an order.

      Thanks to *********************************************** and to Classic Rattan for my sunroom furniture. There were some COVID-related barriers along the way, but both organizations stuck with me until I received all the pieces I ordered. I'm a highly satisfied customer. ??

      We bought a dining room and living room furniture for our sunroom room. The dining room furniture is great. lots of compliments. The sleeper sofa and love seat are great. We also got a cofee table and end table with a glass top. Never get a buy one of their pieces with a glass top. It looks like supporting the glass was a afterthought. The coffee table has four little pushpins supporting the glass. If you put anything in the center the glass will bow down, its only a matter of time before it breaks, same thing with the end table. I`ve been around a while and I have never seen anything like it , never buy the glass top. we talked to William about it and never heard anything. I don`t know if we can get a different top to fit it. we are happy with the furniture, don`t buy the glass top.

      I'm sure glad the customer had such a great experience and loved their dining room and living room furniture.

      I also appreciate the customers feedback on ************* glass bowing because this is a very unusual occurrence and difinitely not a normal situation. Im not sure the collection being referenced because the customer didnt provide the model name. We could have solved the problem by getting a larger glass cut locally for the customers.

      I placed an order for a bed in late August and there were delays beyond the initial delivery estimate of ***** weeks. In addition, I received some conflicting information from one of the customer service ************ initially this was very upsetting, the owner stepped up to the plate and took accountability and rectified the situation. I appreciate that he did so in a timely and professional manner. With every business, there will be situations that are not ideal, but it is important to the right thing and he certainly did. He showed a lot of integrity. Thank you.

      From start to finish I was very happy with the personal help of **************** at American Rattan n Wicker. The price that I received on my furniture was great n the delivery time was within the promised time slot!! I was able to reach **************** each time I had a question regarding the status of my purchase! I would definitely recommend his company to others! In addition the quality of the furniture which was a Morrocan blue stained Queen ********* and side tables manufactured by Sea Winds was excellent n beautiful!! ********************

      I was searching online for a wicker or rattan bedroom set for our guest bedroom. I stumbled onto American Rattan and ordered the Sea Breeze 4 Pc Coastal Style Bedroom set. When I realized I ordered the queen headboard instead of King, I contacted William, who fixed my order immediately and shipped it right out. The set is beautiful, well made and arrived in perfect condition. Wayne, from the shipping company contacted me the day before delivery to give me a time frame and verify that we would be home. He called again when he was on his way. What a great experience ordering from American Rattan. I'm so glad I found you :)

      The entire experience from ordering to delivery was smooth and easy. I dealt with William on the phone and found the sofa on their website. Everything was exactly as promised and the order to deliver time, while it took a few weeks, was about what I would expect for a custom piece manufactured on the other side of the country. Our new sofa is beautiful and well made. I'm totally satisfied.

      I spent over $2000 for a sleeper sofa that when open tilts significantly. I contacted the company immediately and repeatedly for 6 months. While nice, they have done nothing to resolve this problem that makes the bed unusable. I would recommend against purchasing from this company since their one year warranty appears to be worthless.

      A very misleading review! The sleeper sofa is built by Classic Rattan the premier factory for Rattan and Wicker in America. The owner there gave the following instructions to solve this problem:

      1. Find a local handyman/carpenter. Ask them to visit the customer home and when there call the owner of Classic Rattan for instructions on how to repair. American Rattan/Classic Rattan will cover any charges for this.

      2. The customer has refused to assist with this request from the manufacturer and her rep here at American Rattan is trying to find someone local in her area to come out to take a look at the sleeper sofa and call the manufacturer as requested.

      Again, a very misleading review that would lead someone to believe no one here had even tried to help the customer when that is blatantly not the truth. Its a huge shame that good companies and manufacturers who work hard in customer service to correct problems and then get wrongly accused.

      Thank you for giving me the opportunity to respond. After spending $2500+ for this sleeper sofa, I hardly think asking me, the buyer, to find a handyman to come to my house, call the factory and get walked through the repair is a reasonable solution. How do I know that the seller won't blame me? My credit card company agreed that I did not have to do that.

      I have told them I would be available at any time to have their repairman fix the issue. I spent 4 months very nicely trying to correct the problem by phone and email.. I had no response for 3 weeks to my last email. It was only when I disputed the charge with my credit card company that they responded with this "easy" fix. If it was so easy, it would have been corrected 6 months ago. I support small businesses and I am not being unreasonable in wanting to use a sleeper sofa in the way it was intendedas a bed. Nobody wants to sleep on a slanted bed.

      I thoroughly had a fantastic experience with this company! I was skeptical ordering online and was not sure my order would get processed. I spoke to William C. in regards to the order, shipping time, cost and warranty. He answered all my questions to calm my concerns. He constantly stayed in contact with me and updated me of shipping delays. When the dining room set came it was delivered by the most professional, caring, customer oriented delivery person I had ever met before!!!
      I would order from them again anf definately recommend them to anyone who wants wicker or rattan. Kudos to them.
