            Pattern of Complaint:
            According to information in BBB files, CSR Performance Products has a pattern of complaint alleging Delivery and Repair issues. 

            Specifically, consumers allege they order and pay several hundred dollars for a CSR product but never receive the part.  Consumers also report that when they contact CSR Performance Products regarding when their part will ship, they receive a variety of excuses or repeated broken promises about the expected shipping date. Other customers have reported that when they send in their parts for a warranty claim or a rebuild, they do not receive their equipment back, even if the warranty claim is denied.

            On May 23rd 2024 BBB contacted CSR Performance Products to request their voluntary cooperation in resolving the unanswered complaints as well as their cooperation in eliminating the pattern of complaint. This aspect of the Business Profile will be updated once additional information becomes available.

            I ordered a flex plate shield in Oct 5 2023 was told it would shipped out in Dec 2023. We still have not received the shield as of 5-7-24 and we get lied to every time we call and says they are packing it now or it will ship out in a few days. According to google reviews I'm not the only one they are doing this to.

            Called about a replacement motor for a CSR water pump, they asked if I would like to be placed on a backorder list. After being on the list for approximately a month they called back with a restock date and took payment information. They charged the money July of 2023 and never sent the product. Here we are July ***************************************** the book. Called numerous times asking for updates which turned into to just asking for a refund to no avail. They've just stopped answering my calls at this point. If I could give 0 stars I would. Never use this company. Worst buying experience I have ever had. How such a fly by night company is still able to keep it's doors open baffles me.
