I placed an order with them on 6-9-23. NO response there a fake phoney place . Advertising on ******** daily hourly of Just Pay S&H for these Ninja Pan set. Never came in the MAIL nothing arrived its now the 19th of JUne 2023.Initial Complaint

Bought a refrigerator from Lowes. Had trouble from the beginning with delivery dates. I wish we would have cancelled. The first time they delivered the loaner refrigerator. And didnt work. Plus it was the wrong one. They had already taken out my old broken Ref. So it sat in pieces on my back porch for weeks. The new loaner refrigerator delivered dented from top to bottom. Next delivery they scratched my porch, knocked off plants, left trash in the drive way, dented my front door, grease on the carpet, dented door facing, hole in drywall. When I complained they said .. it happens when people buy these huge refrigerators. Finally when my new refrigerator came in at the store and delivered after many weeks of hellThey DROPPED it off the back of the truck!!! About a 6 ft drop. Ruined it. Had to wait for a new one again. Its been a nightmare!! They also broke our water hook up late one night and we had to run and get parts and fix ourselves. They said they were not responsible and left. Nothing was ever done about that. We had to buy a new drill set just to fix it. Many things happened we didnt even mention . ***** told me to file a complaint and a claim. For months they are giving me h*** about my claim. Offered me ****** for damages I offered to fix myself if they will pay me. Today they continued to give me the run around. I find out hundreds of complaints have been filed.Initial Complaint

Retail direct delivered my new dishwasher and did a great job! They were not told to take away any dishwasher that I had removed because it was not broken. When I reviewed my home video they were seen stealing my dishwasher and throwing it in the back of their lowes truck. I have contacted them many times and now I am about to call the local police and file stolen property! The dishwasher was suppose to be sold however retail direct needed it worse than me evidently.Initial Complaint

I BOUGHT A FRIDGE FROM LOWES AND PAID TO HAVE THE OLD APPLIANCE REMOVED. THE DELIVERY TEAM ARRIVED WITH THE NEW FRIDGE BUT DID NOT BRING THE PART THEY NEEDED TO INSTAL THE APPLIANCE THAT I PAID FOR. THEY DROPPED OFF THE FRIDGE IN THE MIDDLE OF A WALKWAY AND SAID THEY HAD TO GO GET THE PART. THEY SPENT AN HOUR TEXTING ME AND NEVER CAME BACK WITH THE PART. i HAD TO BLOCK THE NUMBER DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF TEXTS THEY WERE SENDING AND I REPLIED ONCE THAT I WAS WORKING, PLEASE STOP TEXTING ME. THEY DID NOT PLUG IN AND CHECK THE FRIDGE AS IS IN THE ***** OF SERVICE, THAT IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND HARASSING A CUSTOMER, ***** SENT THEM OUT AGAIN TODAY, THEY HANDED THE PART TO ONE OF MY KIDS. WENT INTO THE KITCHEN, LOOKED AROUND, AND SAID THAT THEY HAD TO GO GET THE ***** NEEDED TO DO THE **** THEY THEN TOOK OFF IN THE ***** AND LEFT. THEY WERE HERE 1 MINUTE AND 43 SECOINDS. RIGHT AFTER THEY LEFT, I GET A CALL FROM RETAIL DIRECT IN REGARD TO MY REMOVAL. THE RUDE WOMAN STATED THAT THEY CANNOT REMOVE THE FRIDGE STATING MY FLOOR WAS BAD. MY FLOOR IS NOT BAD AT ALL. I HAVE 4 KIDS HERE THAT ARE ALWAYS TESTING THAT FLOOR RUNNING, WALKING, AND JUMPNG ALL OVER IT. IT DOESNT VIBRATE, THEY ALSO CLAIM THEY TOOK PHOTOS OF MY HOUSE AND BASED ON WHAT WAS DESCRIBED IT WAS NOT MY HOUSE AT ALL. I CALLED LOWES AND THEY REFUNDED MY DELIVERY FEE PLUS 10% OF MY PURCHASE PRICE. I CALL RETAIL DIRECT AND AM ON HOLD FOR MORE THEN 1 HOUR AND 15 MINUTES. I TALKED TO NOBODY BUT RUDE PEOPLE THERE. I GOT A RUDE SUPERVISOR AND SHE CLAIMED SHE WAS ESCALATING MATTERS. I DOUBT THAT SERIOUSLY THAT SHE DID. SHE WAS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. YOU FOLKS NEED SOME SERIOUS TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WANT THE OLD FRIDGE REMOVED AS I PAID FOR, SINCE THE **** REMOVAL MEN WANT $225 TO REMOVE THE OLD FRIDGE AND $150 MORE TO MOVE THE NEW FRIDGE IN PLACE AND HOOK IT UP. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO $375 FOR THIS WHEN THEY NEED TO BE DOING THE *** THEY ARE PAID TO DO. THIS IS REALLY INSANE TO TREAT PEOPLE THAT WAY
