    Date Completely full and new AC unit replaced was 6/15/2023 Amount paid for unit $10,200 Completely full new ac unit put in. Account ******* 8/19/2023 Ac unit broke it was not cooling off the house. We called them on 8/15/23 and a technician was sent out and discovered that the inside vapor coil was not working. We were told the part is ordered and should be in by 8/25/23. We have expressed to them all week we have 3 people in our home with High Blood Pressure and a child with Type 1 diabetes and it need to be done by the weekend. My husband called Thursday afternoon and was told Angie would call him back and she never did. My husband called again at 430pm and was informed by Shannon the part was not put on the truck and will not be here when they said it would be and MIGHT be in by Monday 8/28. Everyone at this company is rude and not willing to see this an important issue. This company refused to have this part overnighted. So as of 8/24/23 we have another 5 days of this. This company did drop off 2 portable units and they are barely keeping the 2 separate room under 82'. This heat is a health concern for 4 people and 2 animals in this home. Now we can barely get anyone on the phone let alone any honest answers. This unit AC unit made it 2 months and with $10000 dollars owed on it.

    I would leave 0 stars but that isn't an option. 4 years ago, right after buying our house we had to have our ac replaced. Called a few different places and decided upon comfort experts cause they seemed like the best option, not the cheapest nor the most expensive, seemed like good warranty offers. We've had issue after issue, they didn't install our shroud around it, which caused us to get rats due to the opening. No response from the office. A year later our shroud finally came in after we found out no one even ordered it. Then small issues with not being upfront with pricing or just going ahead and fixing it, then charging us without even giving us a quote. And now, we need our unit fixed again, because of a leak. Still have a parts warranty but they're going to charge us for said part because that's how it works, and they never actually got us registered for the 10 year parts warranty like they've been telling us. So after next July we're screwed. There is no management help of any kind or communication. So beware.

    I apologize for the misunderstanding, but after reviewing the invoices associated with your account I do not see where you were going to be charged for any part. There was an estimate left by the technician for the labor portion of the work to be performed. I'd be happy to discuss any of your concerns and provide clarification on any remaining questions.     I've tried calling the offices MANY times. And it's always "I'm sorry I'm just a dispatcher, i don't know what to tell you" and I actually called the other day and was told its "not my problem" by the lady and was also told she'd try and find someone to help me, and two days later haven't been called. There has never been any management to speak to when we have any type of question.

    I haven't called since you responded last, because prior to that everytime we'd called over the past couple years and mentioned an issue we were told there was no one to help us. Why would I continue to call a company who's dispatchers just continue to tell me the same thing??
