    I ordered a German WWII K98 rifle from royal tiger imports and subsequently received it via ****** Upon examination of the rifle I found that it was not marked as a German WWII k98 rifle as advertised. I also found that the rifle is defective in that it has severe pitting inside the received and breech of the rifle. Also the barrel was listed as a new criterion barrel, but it fact it is heavily rusted. I want a refund and will send the rifle back to the company. This fraudulent advertising and fraudulent sale of a defective rifle. The rifle was advertised as a collectors rifle, but is not a collector rifle. I collect military rifles and this is fraud by RTI.

    Sends products way worse than advertised. Deleted my account after I left bad reviews. The gun I ordered litterally had bugs inside of it and it's way worse than the definition they define on there website. There customer service wanted a restocking fee despite this being an issue on there end. The fact they deleted my account after I reached out to there customer service is just sad and hilarious at the same time. There definition of a poor bore says there will be rifling present. The bore on the rifle is received is a sewer pipe. No rifling present. I provided there customer service photos, they still wouldn't swap the rifle without refuding me FULLY. Such a shady scummy business.

    Good morning,


    This is a response to the review left by ************** regarding his experience with us.


    On March 15th, ************** placed an order with us for a B Grade Yugo M48 Mauser Rifle. These rifles are listed as B Grade condition,and the description is also set to reflect the general condition of what we have. In the description, it states that the general condition of these rifles is fair due to them possibly having cracks in the upper hand guard and cracks in the stock; stocks WILL have dings, dents, scratches, and heavy wear. They may have modifications that were done while they were in ********. It also states that the rifles may have pitting and surface rust due to the age of these rifles and from sitting in storage in ********. The bores on these rifles range from poor to fair, with little rifling left. We made sure to mention that they may have some small broken or missing parts such as the extractor, front sight,safety lever, etc.


    ************** reached out to one of our representatives,*******, on March 27th. He forwarded photos of the rifle he received, along with photos of the bore. He stated that the rifle itself looked just as described on the outside, but that the bore was worse than advertised.What he received was a B Grade Yugo M48 Mauser that was in fair condition, as described, with a poor bore that has minor lands and grooves left. Photos are attached for reference.


    ************** insisted on returning his rifle for a refund. Per our terms and conditions, which are available to view on our website; we would accept the return of his rifle and issue him a refund, minus the shipping cost and there would be an additional 20% restocking fee. If we accept a return due to an error on our end, we will refund the customer in full, including shipping and no additional restocking fee. However, ************** received a rifle that was exactly as described, so we would not be able to refund him for shipping due to us paying for a return label to receive the rifle back and we would be keeping a 20% restocking fee.


    We offer exchanges of products, if desired but ************** stated that he was skeptical about doing an exchange as he did not want to receive the same or worse in return. We would not have sent him something that was worse, as a replacement rifle.  
    Once ************** told us that he was going to report us to the Better Business Bureau after us attempting to resolve the issue, we closed his customer account and decided we would not do business with him anymore if he was not willing to accept our terms of sale & resolutions - which is to be expected.


    The option to either exchange the rifle or return it for a refund minus the shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee, still stands. This is in line with our policy that was clearly stated before the sale of the firearm to **************. We want to make sure ************** is satisfied, not dissatisfied.
