I went to this car wash one time and immediately noticed scratches on my hood and I had a lot of dirt spots left on my car. After speaking with El car wash they were not able to do anything other than offer to cancel my membership with no refund or care regarding the scratchs on my car. They offered to file an incident report which she admitted would not result in anything. Very unprofessional and upsetting now that I have scratches on the hood of my car and am out $37.45 on a car wash I used one time.Business response

We are saddened to hear about ********************** experience at El Car Wash and apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused. It is very rare for these types of damages to occur at our locations as the fabrics we use will not cause scratches or hold onto any debris that can damage the vehicles' paint. For this reason, we have a sign posted at the entrance of our wash tunnel stating that we are not responsible for light scratches as those could have been preexisting before entering the wash and may be masked by dirt.
In good faith we would like to offer ****************** a refund in full for the membership she paid for.
