Jake - Computer Services of Brevard is totally AWESOME!!! I have known and been his customer for 15 years now and his work is fantastic. He is quick with repairs and gets them done right the first time. He always has his customers in mind and takes great care of them. It is rare in business anymore to encounter a professional like Jake who loves his work, loves his customers, is honest and trustworthy and is more than fair with his pricing. If you have any computer issues I would say don't hesitate in calling Jake to fix the issue(s) he will take on anything and can fix anything, if he can't he will tell you so. This man deserves an award for what he does and how he does it!! He is just wonderful!!Review from Susan B

Computer Services of Brevard has been a life saver on many occasions. The owner showed up to repair hard drives the same day they failed and had us up and running before lunch. Countless hours of vital data was saved that would have otherwise cost my business many headaches and man hours in digital design work. He has set up networks, installed new hard drives, troubleshooted and fixed problems promptly, and gave expert advice to keep things running smoothly.Review from Eva A

Jake is awesome. My computer was sooooooooo slow. I literally did not have the patience to even open it. He picked up my computer, replaced the hard drive and installed an Antivirus. I can't believe what a difference it has made. I had no idea how fast this computer could run. I can not tell you how happy I am! I would highly recommend Jake for all your computer needs.Review from Joan H

What a FIND! From the moment my call was answered politely and by a REAL HUMAN BEING, not a robot, to the conclusion of a job more-than-well-done, I knew I had found a wonderful business which could serve as a model for others of any service category. My call automatically connected with Jake the owner's cell. He was en route with a delivery to a client about 15 miles from me, and after hearing the nature of my problem. told me he could stop and fix it on h
is way back to his home base. I joyfully accepted. He estimated his arrival and was right on time. He greeted me with warmth and courtesy, then entered my mini-at-home-office and immediately went to work. I knew the situation was complex. A few neighbors, more tech than I , had stopped by to give a try to get my computer/printer working again. They reported that I needed a PRO!! And Jake turned out to deserve that title. He definitely succeeded, and when the system was up and working he took the time to provide me with instructions to avoid this kind of disruptive occurrence from happening again! If it should, I now know who to call for it and any other computer problem I recommend that you make a note of this excellent business and its Air Force Veteran owner and do so, too!

The individual who came to work on my grandfather's computer decided to enter my room without my permission (I was at work). I am not totally sure why he would do this. He then proceeded to unplug my electronics without properly powering them down first which caused unnecessary strain on my hard drives. He claimed that he was trying to help, but he really should have contacted me first as all of this was done outside of the scope of the job he was being paid to do. I am still extremely puzzled as to why he even did any of this. Very unprofessional.

Technician was hired to purchase a part at Lowes and install it in your grandfather's home. Which room required it was unknown. Power strip was installed as instructed to do so (in the room that appeared to have needed it). We are sorry that your room was entered to install the power strip but we had permission from your Grandfather, who was there in his room, to enter and check your room. We restored SPECTRUM tv service in 1 room and client was extremely happy. We are sorry that you are unhappy but you should have called us first prior to leaving a poor rating.
