We agree 100% that this is an unfortunate situation. We have tried calling you several times as soon as we were aware of your BBB complaint. The phone number we have was not accepting inbound calls.
We apologize for the experience you had with the lender's terms and the burden it may have caused you. Your equipment purchase was at the agreed upon sales price which we extended and then financed between you and the 3rd party lender that arranged your equipment financing. That agreement is strictly between you (as the buyer) and the lender. We only furnish the equipment and then we submit the invoice to the lender for the purchase price and await their remittance. We have no control of your financing agreement, repayment terms or financing costs which the lender offered, and you accepted. We cannot change or alter 3rd party lender documents that you agreed to when that purchase was financed. We submit an invoice to the lender, and we get paid by the lender for the exact purchase price. We make no profit from the loan documents or any costs regarding financing.
We pride ourselves on being the best supplier of high-quality cleaning equipment and do so with honesty and integrity, offering best in class service and support. You may have some recourse from the lender if they misrepresented anything to you. You may want to consult with an attorney to review your financing documents and agreement.
Again, we sympathize with you for any burden and misunderstanding that arose from your agreement with the lender. If we can be of further help, please let us know.
