Truckers Post Response
08/22/2021
We do apologize for the negative experience you've had with Truckers Post, we understand that we did not provide the level of service you've come to expect. We've called and were forwarded to voicemail (we have proof of this statement), you did speak to the assigned representative (we also have proof of this statement), a total of 29 emails were exchanged between you, and 2 of our representatives.
You were notified in great detail of the reason why there was a further delay. You've applied for financing with various dealers at once and one of the dealers you were in contact with had already submitted your credit application to the same lender within our network. The lender refused to move forward with us out of good faith to the dealer that submitted your information to them prior to us. You did confirm that you were working along with the dealership prior to us (we have proof of this statement) and you were notified of this mishap.
Unfortunately, we don't have control during the underwriting process, also, when discrepancies are found and/or contingencies are laid out by the underwriter(s), this may cause a transaction to idle. We tried our best to respond to your emails in a timely fashion, however, since we're short on staff and have been experiencing a high influx of calls/email inquiries, we're unable to respond as quickly as we would've liked. You were notified of the circumstance, furthermore, this announcement was published both on our site and google on June 1st, and this announcement can still be seen on google.
We've been in business for many years, proudly serving hundreds of clients from various industries on a monthly basis and have assisted thousands of clients throughout the years in obtaining the funds needed to start or further expand their business. Unfortunately, we're not equipped with the sufficient staff needed to answer all phone calls and emails as promptly as you all deserve and we're working on it.
1. As a reminder you willingly gave your personal information to various dealers & lenders before applying with us.
2. You weren't charged a service fee for our time. A lot of our time and effort was dedicated throughout the process and you weren't charged. Most of our competitors charge their clients a service in advance for this exact reason.
3. The financing option you've chosen requires financial disclosure because you're a business start-up, with limited credit, and zero industry experience, however, there was another financing option available to you that didn't require financial disclosure, and you've declined that option.
You've been publishing false accusations online, (we have proof), and despite of our many apologies and attempts to work things out, you harassed our representatives via email, leaving aggressive messages on our voicemail, and took it a notch further by publishing false statements in the attempt to harm our reputation.
At this point, we're going to involve our attorney and move forward with suing you for online defamation.
We kindly ask for the last time, not to call, email or leave harassing voicemails anymore because it shall be forwarded to our attorney.
Thank you.
