    2k character max will keep review brief. Dad passed away at home. Bio-hazard cleaning of house required before we could enter. Contacted Paul ***** and was connected with Veronica, Space Coast rep. V was kind & quoted $500 for the services. 1 tech arrived same day w/ air machine. Said he would move furniture. Next day we return glass table & floor tile it was on both broken. Called V, entire attitude changed. V said tech would look & pick up machine. Same tech came with another tech. He took pictures. Said he didn’t do it, that we must have. We hadn’t touched the table. Table weighed 250 lb 4x4 ft & base 3 inch thick. He asked me to sign paper. No service amounts included. Called/Texted V, never heard back. Texted her that I was upset RE: table and one tech never should have moved it alone. No response. Received VM days later for my email for invoice. I replied & never heard from her again. Invoice received for $1,856.03: 1. Clean floor - tile - Heavy clean 364.00 SF 2. Trauma/Crime Scene Cleaning - Supervisory/Admin.-after hrs 2.00 HR 3. Trauma/Crime Scene Cleaning Technician - after hours 2.00 HR 4. Emergency service call - after business hours 1.00 EA 5. Content Manipulation charge - per hour 1.00 HR 6. Gen labor - labor minimum 1.00 EA Invoice over 3x original quote; lists 2 people came & no $ amount included. Tried V, PD corp, referred to Space Coast office. Left VM, no response. PD legal referred invoice to investigator. With no pics of table they only agree to 1/2 of table value. Since I signed the completion of the service they wouldn't discuss original quote vs the invoice $. I should have requested original quote in writing & refuse to sign form. My fault. We are still dealing with the loss & circumstances. PD took advantage of situation, grief & exhaustion. Got agreement to do cleaning & then everything changed. PD didn’t communicate pricing accurately, invoice was inaccurate, destroyed property and blamed us & left us paying more than 2x

    I am sorry for your loss. I have gone back and reviewed the notes on this and we were engaged to do a Bio Clean up on your fathers home. We are required to follow strict guidelines and state law regarding bio hazards and all materials must be disposed of in accordance with those strict guidelines. We make an effort to discuss our pricing up front with customers so there are no surprises at the end of our projects regarding pricing and scope of work. We coach all of our team members not to verbally discuss price until the estimates are produced, and the team member you name is no longer with Paul Davis. The price and invoice you received were well within our guidelines and  well within industry guidelines for a bio hazard clean up. According to the notes, we submitted the invoice to you but this invoice was never paid and was wrote off as bad debt. We were not aware of the issue with the table and would welcome the opportunity to discuss this with you. We did receive a signed customer completion certificate and were provided with a review at that time giving us a 10 out of 10 in quality of service and the likelihood to use us again and recommend us to others.
