      I placed two orders on May 17, 2024 and immediately tried calling to cancel the duplicate (order #W2010500423-1). After multiple attempts with no answer, I left a message as well as submit an online cancel request. On delivery date, 5/18/24, only one order was made and delivered as requested, however, a refund was not issued for the duplicate order. I have repeatedly called, left messages, and no one has ever answered the phone or issued a refund. I also left a message stating that I dont know what else to do except calling my bank or submitting a complaint with the BBB and still havent heard anything or received a refund.

      05/07/24-Edible Arrangement purchased for Mother's Day. It was delivered without issue. The fruit it self tasted dirty and old. The entire basket had to be thrown away. My mother as well as myself attempted to call the store with voicemails left. No return call made. Unable to dispute on my credit card because the item was thrown away instead of returned.Unacceptable to deliver old fruit that is unwashed that could possibly cause gastrointestinal upset.

      I ordered this Edible arrangement "Mother's Day Celebration" on May 5th. I put in for delivery on May 12th. To this day, May 17th, the order still has not been delivered. I called the business at ************ multiple times on 5/5, as well as 5/6, 5/16 and 5/17. I have left voicemails on 5/5, 5/6 and 5/17. No one has called me back or updated this order. I went onto the website and attempted to cancel the order, but received a message that it could not be cancelled. I looked online and found a corporate number **************. I tried all of the prompts to reach a live person and kept getting transferred back to the store I ordered from and no one answered. I tried to research any other corporate numbers, etc. and have had no luck. This business has extremely poor customer service to have not returned numerous calls for an order that is now 12+ days old.

      I live in ** and placed an edible arrangements order on 5/7 for my mother in *******. This arrangement was supposed to be delivered on 5/12 and as of 5/14 no item has been delivered. I have called this location numerous times and have left over 4 voice messages. I have yet to receive a call back. I have attached what I see when I "track my order" , it has not been updated since 5/7.

      Ordered fruit tray, balloons and small gift from Edible Arrangements on Thursday May 8, 2024. The delivery was for Saturday 5/11 to be filled from the *********, ******* store. The delivery was not made on Saturday or Sunday 5/12. On the company website, order tracking states that order was received and being processed, but never got beyond that stage. I have tried to contact the Melbourne store and the Edible Arrangements site without success. Phones not answered, put in a loop, on hold, etc. When I called my mom to see if she had received the order she said no, and that my sister had previously ordered from the same location and had the same problem. It took a very long time to get the problem resolved. Had I known my sister had the same problem with this store I would have never placed the order. I wouldve preferred to have the gift redelivered but I have no confidence that it will be done properly so I would prefer to have my Mastercard credited for the full amount of $116.71. Thank you!

      I placed an order for a Mothers Day product on Tuesday May 7th. The gift was scheduled to be delivered to my mom on Saturday, May 11th. The gift was never delivered and according to the online tracker provided by the companys website the gift was never crafted. Weve attempted to call the business during normal business hours numerous times, left voicemails, and completed the online contact us form and no one has answered the phone or responded to any of the messages. We have also attempted to contact the corporate office but weve been unsuccessful. This is unacceptable. I did not get the product I paid for and I would like my money back.

      Placed a delivery order for Mothers Day. Order was received by store but no updates on delivery. Tried to reach location and left several voicemails and tried to contact corporate with no response. My money was stolen and they are fraudulent, their ****** reviews are filled with customers that have had the same issue.

      I made an online purchase 5/10/2024 for $237.50 order number W1010400801-1 for Mothers Day. I found out after that my parents were going to be out of town for the delivery date of 5/11/2024. I submitted a request to cancel this order and called 10 times to cancel but nobody at the *********, ******* location bothers to answer my call. I made this purchase online and no one at the office could assist me. Location is ********************************************. I just want to cancel and get my refund!

      I submitted an order on 11/7/2023. The order was supposed to be delivered on 11/9/23.The order was never delivered. Multiple calls and emails have been left. No one has returned my phone call or responded. I reached out to corporate. They also don't respond to voice mails or emails. My account was charged $71.68 and I still haven't received anything.

      At Fruit arrangement was ordered W1009- ****** 1-1 for ** birthday 11/16/2023 from Edible Arrangements ************************************************************ **. ***** 321 622 **** From my son.First off they couldn't deliver the arrangement, stated on line couldn't verify house address. So the arrangement had to be picked up at store on 11 16 23.That night I opened arrangement and the Fruit, was horrible. Honeydew, cantaloupe were hard. No rip and no taste, the bananas were mussel, some brown. Pineapplewas taste. Apples hard.Arrangement presentation was thrown together.In all tried, to call store, 11/16/23 and 4x 11/17/23. Return call.Called Corporate 11/18/23 stating should have called within 24 hours. Really, then they took information and was calling Store. No return calls.Arrangement not cheap $135.00.Thank you Hopefully you can help resolve this.***************************
