            ****** ***** went behind my back and wrote a home owners insurance policy and sent it to my mortgage company when he KNEW I was going with a different agency. So two payments were made for two insurance companies. I did NOT AUTHORIZE THIS AND HAD NO PRIOR KNOWLEDGE OF THIS UNTIL I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM MY MORTGAGE COMPANY.

            The information your giving is false. I let the client know that my office had nothing to do with her policy being taken over by another company. That was an agreement between her previous insurance company, the new insurance company, and the ********** of ********* Services. ***************************** is now committing Defamation of Character and making False Claims because she now has knowledge.
