            This business is ripping people off severely. It is nothing short of criminal.

            We sincerely apologize for your sudden transition, and for whatever occurred to make you suddenly dislike your installation and our company. Accordingly to every employee, you were completely satisfied during and after installation and were even ready to sign for another project because of how we "exceeded expectations" the whole process. We are very fair and competitive with our pricing, and truly take pride in our work. Our warranty is second to none, as is our customer service and response time! Our employees and staff are amazing, and we truly appreciate them and their work ethic as well.

            I never made such statements as "exceeded expectations", the claim is that you overcharged me for lighting fixtures period. I asked repeatedly for you to provide prove that this was not the case by displaying the invoice of the lighting fixture from the manufacturer. You have never provided such evidence, which is a statement to your insidiousness and over charging. This is serious over charging.

            Yes sir, you did tell every one of our employees that we "exceeded expectations". In fact, you were ready to sign another contract for a separate project because of how happy you were. Again, we apologize for your sudden transition in opinion, however it seems there is nothing further we can do to make you happy. We truly regret your sudden change of opinion, but have 100% confidence and faith that we have done everything we can to rectify your concerns. Please call or respond back to our emails or phone calls if you'd like have your estimator and the owner come out to go over any further concerns you have. Thank you again!

            The sudden change in opinion is due to the fact that I discovered that you over charged me on the lights, and you still do not have the honesty to show the receipt from the manufacture. If you did not over charge me then why the secrecy? Show me the receipt!
