              Appointment was made with this office over the phone. We were told they except our insurance showed up at the appointment. They requested the insurance cards let us visit with the doctor on the way out. We were told we would have a $15 copayment. Then they proceeded to notify us and tell us they did not except our insurance. Basically they examined us knew what type of insurance we had and had us visit with the doctor anyway, and now are demanding $664 worth of charges that were not paid by our insurance, this was a mistake on their behalf they did except our insurance cards before we walked into the office to be examined by the physician. We we are not responsible for the office staff mistakes.

              Great on the first and only visit, then, the voice mail at 4 PM the day before your follow up. We're sorry to inform you that we no longer accept your insurance but we can still accept you as an out of service area patient. Seriously????!!!!!!?????? They just figured this out hours before my appointment? No, no, no, they knew this well in advance, yet they allowed me to go through all of the ridiculous amounts of paperwork to become a new patient and then go through an xray, blood work and sleep study, all requiring co-pays only to still need to find a new pulmonologist. Highly NOT recommended to say the least. Just go somewhere else and do yourself a favor.
