I am reaching out because it seems this issue has gone unresolved. I purchased a used 2020 Nissan Titan Platinum (Stock #: ********* on December 11, 2022 from Infiniti of Melbourne for a total price of $49,877 before trade-in ($8,000). Upon inspecting the vehicle and test driving (before purchasing), I noticed that the roof had significant damage from water intrusion and be*** discussing this with the manager on duty, Robert E***, and the sales associate, Tunde D*****. I explained that I had some serious hesitation about purchasing the vehicle without this being repaired and asked if they could do anything about it. Robert took the truck over to the service department to see if anything could be done, but they said you can just buy roof strips that can be inserted in this space. Robert said he would order them and have them shipped directly to my home and wrote this as "Item Owed" on the sales documents. I agreed to this based on this resolution and it was noted in those documents. However, I reached out in early February to see when I should expect to receive the roof strips, but then another manager, Frank L**, called and said they don't make the roof strips for the truck and offered me $150. I mentioned that was unacceptable as it didn't address the issue that I brought up during the sale and he said he would speak with Robert and get back to me. I never heard back and followed up on March 7, 2023 and spoke with Robert. He said he needed to research it and get back to me. He called the same day and said he was still looking into it, but I have never heard back. I sent another email on March 28, 2023 to Tunde D***** and explained this situation and that I would get a quote to have this part of the truck treated and painted, so please have someone contact me. I still have not heard back. At this point, it doesn't seem that Infiniti of Melbourne is willing to find an acceptable solution. Deal number *****Initial Complaint

Upon negotiations for purchasing a 2015 Jeep Renegade, my husband and I noticed a radio dial missing and a rear reflector that was broken. We were promised replacement parts upon purchase agreement of this vehicle. I have contacted the dealership for at least 3 months via phone call regarding this. I was promised by salesman, Patrick, that the parts were ordered and we're still waiting. The parts were supposed to be ordered when the vehicle was purchased. I have called recently (within 1 week) and left 2 messages without return call. Needless to say, We are still waiting for promised parts
