I ordered a bouquet for my mother, to be delivered on Mothers Day (5/12/2024). The bouquet arrived one day early (on 5/11/2024) and looked nothing like the photo they posted online. I understand that florists sometimes have to make substitutions based on availability, but the product was not even remotely similar to what I ordered (different color, different types of flowers, different vase). I would like the business to redeliver the bouquet I ordered or issue a full refund to the original method of payment.Business response

Called and ordered flowers to be delivered February 14th for $182.29. Flowers were not delivered in time, after calling and speaking with owner he offered a full refund. Two weeks go by and I so still do not see a refund but instead a small bouquet of flowers was sent to another building on February 28th. I call owner back who then acts completely bizarre and asks what he can do to make it right, when I say refund the money its what he said he was doing it’s been two weeks he hangs up the phone. This is absolutely unacceptable business practice! He sent a text of a picture that says 4pm no signature no explanation and now will not respond.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: the picture provided does not show any signatures as no signatures were given! I have a witness, our receptionist at the building who heard the agreement to refund money and not accept the delivery if it was made after that call. She later rejected the delivery telling the delivery guy it was agreed to not accept as a refund was being issued. So, the statement made by merchant is false, the product ORDERED was NOT delivered and a refund was agreed to by both parties! Merchant attempted to send small bouquet of flowers that was not requested 2 weeks later. When I called to ask why flowers were sent (to the wrong building) and let him know I did not receive the refund and it’s been 2 weeks he acted as though he never offered a refund asking me what I want him to do. I was so confused and at that point realized what was going on. He sent those small flowers to be able to say something was “delivered” even though it was not even close to the $182 bouquet that was ordered! This merchant was the one who offered the refund to begin with, I am shocked and disgusted that I have to go to this length to get money back that is rightfully mine! I never got the flowers ordered on Valentine’s Day and never received the refund! This is theft!

On 2/14/23 I called this shop & asked if they had PURPLE roses. The woman on the phone said yes they did. I said great I’ll be there in 15 minutes. She said she needed my cc info to hold the roses. I said that’s not necessary. I’m literally on my way. She insisted on taking my card info NOT to be charged just to hold the roses. I arrive at the location & walk in to see a dozen pink 1/2 dead roses sitting on the counter. She said “here u go” & when I went to say these aren’t the right color as I’m grabbing my wallet, she proceeds to say “oh don’t worry I already charged u $88.30 for them” I asked “u already charged my card?” she said yes. I said, “but these aren’t purple. I specifically requested purple roses.” She proceeded to say that I was already billed, & this was all they had. Basically I was told I’m getting what I’m getting bc she already got my money. I came home & told my girlfriend what happened & she immediately called the shop. Spoke to the owner Richard explained what this woman did & offered to bring the dead pink flowers back so that I could get a refund. He said that wasn’t necessary, that’s not how they do business & he would refund my money today. This was all on February 14. 3 days later when I still didn’t have a refund I called the shop again. Spoke to Richard again. He picked up & simply said “I’ll get it done. It’s not like I’m leaving town” & hung up. Trying to have faith that a business cant be this unprofessional I waited 9 more days to allow the alleged“refund” to process. After checking my card again today Feb 28 & there still being no refund I again called Richard. He says “it’s not like we forced u to buy these.” to which I replied “yes, u did! Ur employee charged my card WITHOUT permission before I even got to the store.” he said “OK since it obviously means that much to u. How much do u want? Do u want to split it 50-50” I said “no I want the full refund that u told me u were doing 2 weeks ago” He said “OK I will text u a pic of the receipt once it’s done”Business response
