JD Roofing Pros LLC is owned and actively managed by *********************************. ******* cold called me as she was working with my next door neighbor who had know her for several years. I was captivated by her wonderful personality, her knowledge of the business, her use of top of the line roofing products. I asked for an estimate and out came her drone to take pictures of my roof. Next came her crew supervisor and two other members of her tear down and install crew. They were on the roof looking for any potential issues such as weak spots in the roof etc. None found so I received my estimate the next day. She let me review the estimate for two days and called to see if I had any questions-. Having none I signed on. This was on a Thursday, she called and said her crew could start and finish the following Monday. As promised they were on the roof Monday AM and COMPLETELY finished (and cleaned up my property) by 6:00 PM that same night. The long and short: she was knowledgeable, professional, kept every promise, was punctual, highly competitive (I had three proposals and hers was the best) and a PLEASURE to deal with. My roof looks GREAT and I and so happy that I chose ******* and her company for this important job. I highly recommend JD Roofing Pros and ********************************* for your roofing needs.
