      The company replaced my roof in 2019 , and we discovered that the . We contacted the company PRC Property Renovation & Construction that the gravel was coming and leaving bare spots on my roof. They said it wasn't there problem that it was the Company that made the shingles . I notified the co that made the shingles and they wanted a shingle off of roof. I contacted PRC and as if they would come and remove a shingle so we could send it to the company . We have been calling since in the fall and no response. Please help me get my roof fixed before it's starts leaking. We are seniors and fill we are being taken advantage.

      We have received your complaint and will have one of our project managers respond to your request. Please understand that we are doing everything we can to resolve all issues related to the flaking of your shingle roof. Although this is a manufacturer issue, and not PRC's responsibility to send the shingle, we will have someone come out and hep with the (1) shingle removal that needs to be sent to the manufacturer as a good faith gesture. 

      We apologize that your call was not returned and will be reaching out as soon as possible to help resolve the issue.

      We thank you for your patience and please feel free to call the office at 321-421-6374 if you do no hear back by 2/24/23. 

      I will be in contact with the general manager and will be calling to sort this out as soon as we gather all pertinent information regarding this project.

      Ordered impact *************** on 6/27/22 provided 50% deposit $18,485. Worked with ******** who was awesome. The order was coming from 2 different manufacturers: *** and *******. Received the *** window part of the order in October 2022. I paid the balance on that part of the order. ******** is no longer with PRC and after repeated calls each week over the past 2 months I still have not received a response on my ******* order status. When I can actually get through to a person (**********************, etc), they said they would get back to me, then they are no longer there the next week. I have been told *** is the window and door supervisor, they tell me they are leaving him a message to call me, but after multiple messages I still have not received a call back. All I am looking for is a contact that will: 1) be there more than a week and work with me until these *************** are delivered, 2) a copy of the confirmation showing the ******* order was made and the confirmation number, 3) keep me up to date date on the order status, 4) get my *************** delivered. PRC has my $12,000 deposit for the ******* order. I have done everything ask of me, looking for the same from PRC.

      We apologize about any confusion concerning your order and assure you that the product has been ordered. We recently had many staff changes in the Windows/Doors ordering department and it has taken some time to go through all pending projects. We also do not typically send order confirmations to customers, as it has sensitive information and pricing. Although the ************************ is closed until January 3, 2023, the manager will call you upon his return to give you an update. The vendor, like most, has had supply chain issues, along with damaged material sent, and is working to get your order completed asap. Again, our apologies for the communication issue, however someone will be in touch the first week of the New Year. We understand your frustration and appreciate your patience during this time.
