So after that false positive they made me pay the $80 and gave me the code I was very upset because they are scamming and stealing my money probably out of thousands of people. The 6 hours I waited for the tech to call me back when I was stranded at a store nobody ever called me back and alcohol was closed after 5:00 so yes 6 hours later I called a tow truck and paid $140 to tow my truck I mean car sorry. Again complain to everybody alcohol other people nothing's been done they ignore the cases and say that they don't have that call on file. Then they made me sign up to talk to a person from a DUI class that cost me $75 the lady told me that there's all kinds of things that can set these devices off not just alcohol bananas colognes mouthwash cough syrups baked goods that are high in yeast sweet rolls and pizza breath mince drops liquid NyQuil or cough medicines spray air fresheners cologne the list goes on gasoline the list goes on they told me this after I got the false positive and made me pay the $80 and then $75 to sign up to go talk to a person and that's when they told me all the things that could make it go off that they never told me from the beginning only about the mouthwash. So last week I was driving to my doctor's appointment all the sudden the device went crazy it said pull over turn your car off immediately I did that turn the car actually after 5 minutes it said ready for test I blew in the car started right up and I continue to my journey to my doctor's appointment well that is clearly anybody with half a brain would know that it's a false positive and I should not have to pay no matter how much I complained today about this they still made me pay the $80 again because my car was on permanent lockout I could not drive it so I had to buy the code once again for a false positive obviously it was not from drinking because it worked in 5 minutes alcohol would not come off your breath in 5 minutes but they still made me pay the extra $80.
