Hired grout boss to clean and seal tile in 2 bathrooms,foyer,kitchen/breakfast area and laundry room in mid dec. when he came to my home he gave me an estimate of$600.00. He told me my bathroom grout would have to be removed and be completely regrouted because it was cuban grout. Two techs. did the work. they left the master bath covered in a layer of grout and haze.It was on the cabinets and the hardwood going into the bedroom and some on the walls. I was told I would have to mop over it in 24 hrs. I couldn't see enough of the grout lines to see the quality of work. The next day when I lightly mopped over the floor I could see the quality of work, which was awful.Some lines actually had NO grout. I debated whether I should complain but finally called them. After leaving messages to call me numerous times I finally got someone to answer. She did send the same person out and he attempted to patch. Actually made it look worse. I called again and after days and days of not returning my call I finally reached the lady who sometimes answers the phone. She listened to my complaint and said she would relay the message to the boss. That was almost 3 weeks ago and I still have not heard from him. Received a quote for services on 11/9/2021 and received services on 11/23/2021. Quote for services included "Master Shower - Caulk corner w/ sanded mist caulk $255" AND "Guest Shower - Repair crack along wet pan w/ sanded bone grout $140" Although the other portions of the quote were delivered, the above two mentioned services were not delivered. For the Master Bathroom the crack is still visibly evident (after drying) with a crevasse that would allow water to enter. For the Guest Shower, the crack was only repaired along one wall, leaving the other wall with the crack. Was unable to inspect the work upon completion as the areas required to allow to dry. Invoice paid in full for $740.00 USD. Master Shower remains unusable. Have attempted repeatedly to contact the business and have left many messages 5+ to return my phone calls pertaining to the incomplete services. Business has made no attempt to return the calls. Quote clearly details 180 days warranty on services. Simply want the cracks repaired as this was the original basis for the services being required.Initial Complaint

Did work at my home and was vey happy with the work. I hired him for my business .He forgot to put the ticket in for the date of service promised. Eric T*****, the owner, apologized for the mistake and reschedule for the next week, with a 2 gallon floor cleaner container at no charge for the error. On the scheduled date, the workers came 2.5 hours late, did not complete the job. Eric called and was screaming at me that I would not come and give him a check. I told him that I would either send hime a check, he could come to the business to get payment or give him my credit card since we live very close. Eric, said you live close, just bring me payment. He then proceeded to come to my business and try to open both back and front door of my business which was observed by both myself and tennants. I had to call the police to make sure the property was safe. Very disappointed in the business and will never use them again. Put a post on ******** what scumbags we are.
