Small purchase but I believe this guy is scamming people. Reading the same thing that I just experienced all over his ****** reviews. So for that alone, I'm taking the time to report him. I purchased a 90 minute river tour for 2 through ******* for $34 at the end if May (I believe the 31st) 2022. I called both numbers listed on his website, no answer. I emailed him. He got back to me and told me I can see his available dates to book the tour on his website. Went to the website, tried to book with my *******, you can't book with a ******* on his website. Pretty sure, as a business owner, he knows that. Called him back, sent an email. His 800# service finally got back to me and I tried to book with them. To book with them, you have to open the voucher which makes it void of cancelation. The 800# representative said they "couldn't find" my voucher. Emailed him again, giving all the information the 800# representative told me to give- dates desired for tour, name of parties attending, phone numbers, attached ******* voucher, email addresses. No response. Called, called, called. No one picks up the phone. Decided to check ****** reviews for this business and multiple people are saying the same thing. I want my money back.
