      I am writing to report a fraudulent account that has been opened in my name with LAUNCHFCU. I am a victim of identity theft and did not authorize the creation of this account. Below are the details of the fraudulent ******************************** Name: LAUNCHFCU Opened Date: 2/4/2021 Account Number: ************High **********************: $2,000.00 I kindly request that you close this account immediately and remove any negative information associated with it from my credit report. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could provide confirmation of the account's closure and any relevant documentation regarding the fraudulent activity.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

I am a mother of 2 about to be on the street due to this ordeal. looking for jobs online because my vehicle is also needing serious repair & I cannot drive it at the moment, I desperately came across remote job searching and applied to multiple virtual/remote job advertisements, and found that the one I came across was perfect for me. I had seen that this company was hiring individuals to promote their brand via social media & and sticker decal on the persons vehicle, and that it was instant hire. I applied, and my application was accepted within the week. I had received a letter from the company with a check of $3,990, and was told that the pay was $700 weekly, to separate it from that check because the rest was to go to the decal specialist to apply the wrap on my car and to remove it without cost after the 12 week period. When I sent in the check to my bank, I received funds from the check so it seemed to work out just fine- until I received a phone call and a notification that I am in a severe negative on my bank account and that the check was returned/under investigation. I filed a police report and it is still under investigation. This has caused me severe stress, my sons birthday couldnt be celebrated, my car is still in shop awaiting pay, and Ive already received an eviction notice. It has been confirmed I am a victim of a scam by my investigator as well. I asked and pleaded with Launch Credit Union that my negative should at least be cleared because this is not my fault under any circumstances.. I cant even receive Zelle payments to put in gas money when I get picked up for work. I have zero help with this ordeal.. If there is a solution to be found, please respond as soon as possible, thank you.

      I contacted my credit union about a merchant that I had already made a payment to. The merchant would not release my fur coats without a payment. The credit union recommended I make the payment and they would pull the payment back after verification of the payment for services rendered. Well, I paid and picked up my furs coats, which were damaged. I called the credit union and explained everything . The credit union even found my check where the merchant was paid for services for 2023. 2024 is the current year and I have the coats in my possession so I dont owe for 2024. My advice is dont use Launch Credit Union. They are dishonest and obviously they dont understand how to process a simple dispute.

      This account has been on my credit report since 2015. Which is over 8 years. Passed the allotted time. I have already paid and corrected this amount and asked numerous times for it to be removed from my credit report. I am demanding this be removed from my credit report.

      LFCU sells your information to life insurance company’s and others company’s with out permission. I just spoke to a representative who indicated this is automatics when you open an account.

      I sent $400 through ****** via 'friends and family' for a deposit at the Gold Rock campground in New Smyrna FL. This was because the email on the official campground website replied to me and told me to do as such. Later it was determined someone had unauthorized access to that email and scammed me for the $400. ****** says they cannot refund the money as it was sent with Friends and Family, and that if I can get my bank to reverse the charge then ****** will allow it. I sent a message to Launch CU before the $400 was removed from my account to make sure it doesn't go through, but nothing was done and it did go through. Now Launch is simply refusing to reverse the $400 charge.
