      We have agreed to monthly service that would include mowing, weeding beds, trimming bushes 3-4x a month. They started not showing up regularly in the last 6 months. Several times it was 3-4 weeks between services and they were only coming out because we called to complain. We have faithfully paid the monthly fee every month despite poor service. Then last month they showed up 1x at the beginning of the month. After almost 4 weeks (and my grass being over a foot high!) I reached out and ultimately was told they would no longer be servicing my lawn due to not having the time or equipment to do it effectively. I had already paid for the entire month and asked for a refund, to which I have not recieved. Not only do I have the incovienence of them not fulfilling the service that they committed to and leaving my grass over a foot high and weeds in my beds, I have paid and he will not refund.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/09/21) */ Service was provided to this customer from July of 2017 through August of 2021. There was no service agreement as to how many times we would come per month to preform services, due to rain or other circumstances. In that time we only had one complaint from her which was during the month of September. I explained to the customer that we had equipment issues and that our hands were held hostage by the repair company due to not getting parts and shipment of the parts(covid).This was not acceptable to her as she demanded service on 9/8 and if we did not provide it bye then we would have to give her a credit for the month of August. Invoices are sent out on the 20th of each month due on the first of the next month's for service. She had not paid any services for September and I did not charge her for any services for September and billing for September would have gone out on the 20th of September. I apologize for not being able to perform the services at the beginning of September but as I stated earlier my equipment was in the shop for repairs and I was held hostage by the repair shop. I explain this to her and told her that since I can't get my equipment and cannot go out and service her property that I am terminating my service based on my ability not to perform services at that time. This was not acceptable. Please I understand she's been a customer of mine for four years and no problems till now. All services have been rendered and all services have been paid.
