I made a reservation online in error 1 week before our sail date. I immediately emailed notifying I needed to cancel and requested a refund. Their website states, "Yes! We do offer refunds. However, refund requests have to be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up or parking reservation time." I have emailed and called since that day and nobody responds to the emails. The line just disconnects when I call. I am still 3 days from my sail date so there should be no issue with my refund.Initial Complaint

On 02/15/2022, we made a cruise parking reservation for the dates of 01/21/2023 – 01/28/2023 in the amount of $72.00. The company's policy states reservations are refundable as long as the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the start time of the parking reservation. Circumstances changed and we no longer needed the parking reservation. On 12/21/2022 we requested a refund via email, however, we advised the business the original form of payment (credit card) was no longer active so the refund would need to be issued by check. 01/05/2023- I attempted to contact the business by phone during the business hours posted on the website, but the number was not available. 01/06/2023- I reached the business by phone and spoke with a male. The male stated he was currently driving to the port and I would need to call back another time. 01/09/2023- I reached a female by phone and she stated she was busy at the moment, and instructed me to text the business phone number my contact information and someone would reach out to me for a check to be issued. I sent a text message with my information after the phone call and never received a response. 01/15/2023- I sent an additional text message to the business phone number, there was no response. 01/17/2023- I attempted to contact the business multiple times within the business hours posted on the website, but the phone number was not available. I sent the business an additional email. 01/19/2023- I received a text message from the business asking for my address, I immediately responded with my address. The business did not text me anything else. 02/07/2023- I sent the business another text message asking if a check had been mailed to us. The business read the message but did not reply. As of 02/19/2023 there has been no communication from the business and no refund issued.
