Se contrato esta compaia para la reparacion del techo. Durante la instalacion hicieron un hueco en el techo y no fue reparado propiamente. ********* el cemento del sidewalk y tampoco a sido reparado. Y la mayor ************ es que bajo el seguro estaban cubierto el cambio de los gutters. Gorilla Roofing contrato a su vez a Gutters Unlimited para el trabajo, desde un comienzo instalaron los gutters en lugares donde no deberia de haber sin Yo solicitarlos y otros gutters con la descarga de agua donde no deberian estar. Vivo en una comunidad cerrada donde la HOA dio su aprobacion solo para poner los gutters en el mismo lugar donde estaban y se le envio *** copia a Gorilla Roofing antes de empezar los trabajos. Pido que se eliminen los gutters que Yo no tenia anteriormente y en otra seccion se cambie la descarga del agua ademas de la reparacion del sidewalk y la reparacion correcta del hueco en el techo.Todo esto ya se habia hablado con el *** ******* y ***** empleados de Gorilla Roofing que me aseguraron que se iba a reparar todo pero paso el tiempo y llame al supervisor ******************************* de Gorilla Roofing pero no se a vuelto a comunicar conmigo para saber cuando van a arreglar la situacion.En las fotos que estoy atachando solo la parte verde era lo que anteriormente esta instalado y le falta una seccion. La parte amarilla tiene que ser removida ya que no estaba anteriormente y no tengo el permiso del HOA. La parte roja tampoco estaba instalada antes y Yo no la solicite por lo que debe ser removida o cambiar la direccion de descarga del agua.Business response

Gorilla Roofing has instructed ***************** to remove the Gutters placed in the incorrect area as soon as possible. This had previously been requested, we will ensure that it is scheduled immediately for removal. We were not aware nor was it brought to our attention about the unsatisfactory repair on the interior damage. I will reach out to the homeowner and schedule an interior specialist to complete the repair as soon as possible, possibly as early as this weekend, and certainly before the end of the week of 1/22/2024. As far as the sidewalk, this is currently under review. Sidewalk damage, as we do not have photos from before the build on the public sidewalk, would be unlikely the delivery of the shingle would damage the sidewalk based on the location, but not the driveway itself. Trucks back in for delivery directly into driveway and protection is used for the foot peds. This is still under review and will update

E da 02/07/2024 a la 1:11 pm recib una llamada del ************************* empleado de Gorilla Roofing. Se mostr ******* * perdi el control. Me grito que Yo no **** que ir ** ***************** de ******** a nada * tampoco detener la inspeccin fin**. Trate de explicarle que Yo no hice eso, solo pregunte si el da 02/08/2024 iban hacer la inspeccin * me dijeron que no porque f**taban unos documentos * no tenan fecha para la inspeccin. El sr. **** no entenda * segua gritndome por lo que tuve que terminar la llamada.No tranquilo con esto me volvi a llamar gritando "ahora me tienes escuchar" * volv a terminar la llamada. Llam a Gorilla Roofing para hablar con un supervisor acerca de lo sucedido pero me indicaron que el ************** me devolvera la llamada. Tambin me comunique con el sr. ******* * me dijo que iba hablar con el supervisor * me devolvera la llamada.

On 07/02/2024 at 1:11 pm I received a c**l from Mr. ********************* emplo*ee of Gorilla Roofing. He became upset and lost control. He *elled at me that I didn't have to go to the ***************** of ******** for an*thing and I didn't have to stop the fin** inspection either. I tried to explain to him that I did not do that, I just asked if the* were going to do the inspection on 08/02/2024 and the* told me no because some documents were missing and the* did not have a date for the inspection. Mr. **** didn't understand and kept *elling at me so I had to end the c**l. Not c**m with this, he c**led me again shouting "now *ou have to listen to me" and I ended the c**l again. I c**led Gorilla Roofing to speak to a supervisor about what happened but the* told me that Mr. ***** would c**l me back. I **so contacted Mr. ******* and told me he was going to t**k to the supervisor and he would c**l me back.
