Paradise Pool Screens did some extensive work on my Lanai, including a full rescreen in May of 2021. The screen came with a 10 year replacement warranty. In October of 2022 I received some damage to one of the screen panels and contacted ******** to get the repairs performed. He told me he was busy but would get someone to fix the screen soon. Over the last 14 months I have called or texted more than 20 times to get the warranty work performed. I have received numerous promises from ******** that he would have someone here "next week", but no one ever shows up and they never call me back. I am not sure why he will not fulfill his promises, but I am only trying to get what I paid for. I just want Paradise Pool Screens to fix the screen per ********'s promise and the warranty.Initial Complaint

In August, 2021, Johnny quoted my wife to extend my screen enclosure. She also gave him my ******** card to use as a hold. After I told my wife that I don't want to proceed with the job, she cancelled. Or at least tried to. They had verbal conversations about this earlier but in November, she texted him requesting an update on not charging my card. He did. 8 months later, we learn from ******** that we were charged $6,825 with no communication or intent to finish the jobs. Yesterday both my wife and I attempted to speak to Johnny (the owner) and he never responded. I intend on requesting another investigation on fraud with ********, but wanted you to see the text messages and my back yard showing that no work has been completed. Johnny knew my wife wasn't feeling well but her took advantage. He should have his business license revoked in my humble opinion.
