            My company (Redimec LLC) placed a purchase order with Chrome Aerospace. The requirement was that the order be paid in full in advance (USD40K). We complied with it, and the promised delivery date was 12/17/2021. Days passed, and we had to claim. When we came back to claim for the second time, the contact in Chrome, ************************* (CEO), told us that his ********* partner had emptied the account in ******** and left with the money from our prepaid order. My company warned my issuing bank about this so that they were aware of what had happened. ************************* said that despite this robbery, he was going to fulfill his part and send the ordered parts. None of this happened, and besides, he is asking us for more money since he says that we did not help him with HIS problem. We feel cheated. We had to go out and buy from other suppliers that sell similar products in order to fulfill our obligations for a NVIS cockpit upgrade with a very important client.
