If you are booking with Mansion Key Yachts PLEASE COME PREPARED TO FIGHT or get SHOT! I had a time set for 7-9 & and they rescheduled THREE TIMES . So our time was now 10pm ! When we arrive the guy is nowhere to be found . We spend 30 mins at the dock waiting for him and no one was answering the phone . But wait thats not even the bad part The captain pops up out of nowhere and says ,youre late your cutting into your time which was fine we just wanted some time on the water . So were telling him thats fine we dont mind that or rescheduling. he starts saying he doesnt like my energy and we cant get on the boat. He starts screaming and yelling AND WALKS TO HIS *** WITH HIS WIFE AND KIDS . My girlfriend then goes to ask about refunding the money IN A PROFESSIONAL WAY! & he LITERALLY HOPS OUT THE *** YELLING ABOUT FIGHTING AND KILLING USSS!!!! YES HE THREATENED OUR LIVES !! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! AND A TERRIBLE HUMAN BEING ! We are ALL WOMEN ! we have NO men with us ! AND NEITHER TIMES DID WE APPROACH HIM YELLING OR WITH ATTITUDES ! We came to him like adults and he disrespected us ! He called me out of my name several times!! I literally ended ** in tears because I NEVER HAD someone speak to me like that ! IN FRONT OF MY MOTHER ON MY BIRTHDAY IN FRONT OF HIS KIDS AND WIFE !(why did he have his wife and kids there ???goes to show he never had intentions to the boat) HE LITERALLY THREATENED TO SHOOT US WITH A GUN WHILE RUNNING IN AND OUT OF HIS VAN LIKE HE WAS ACTUALLY GRABBING SOMEONE ! I had to tell my story because it is ILLEGAL to threaten someone!! When we werent even a threat ! WE DID NOT COME WITH INTENTIONS TO FIGHT OR GET SHOT ! HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED AND SHOULD'VE BEEN ARRESTED! The whole situation was VERY UNCALLED FOR AND BEYONNNNDDDDDD UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I dont want this to happen to anyoneeee else because someone couldve really gotten killed or hurt! & again it was my birthday!! WHO TRIES TO KILL SOMEONE AT WORK I HAVE NEVERRRRR been treat
