      I ordered $249 flowers on February 6th. I kept asking them for a tracking id on the week of *********** day I emailed them and they said it will come before *********** day. A day later I ask for a tracking id again and they said that it come on *********** day. On *********** day I asked for a tracking id again and they said it is on delivery. At the end of the day I didnt get it. And the next day and the whole week. I never got my **** product. This is insane for people that want to surprise their significant other but come in empty handed.DONT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

      I Placed two orders on February 11, 2024, $199.83 each, the order said warranty delivery for February 14, today is February ********************************************** refund, I have try to contact them multiple times, via Calls, WhatsApp and the on line chat, to request a refund for the orders I did received one message apologizing saying that they are looking into my order and they will get back to me shortly, 10 days later and I still not getting any answers and they are no answering the phone or text. this is completely unacceptable and someone should really look into this company and penalize them or take them down. they are basically stilling from people and doing what ever they want with the customers orders.

      My husband ordered roses from them on 2/13 with a guarantee 2/14 delivery date. We have no flowers on 2/15 and no has answered the phone for the last 24 hours or responded do any mode of communication ( email, whatsapp, X, or Instagram). They literally took the money and didnt provide any product. Based on previous report to the BBB, seems like this is not abnormal for this company. They should be closed down immediately. They are essentially a scam company.

      Ordered flowers online for delivery on Valentines day. Never got them. They never refunded me nor did they email or call me. I came empty handed. Sad service.

      Paid $199.83 on Feb 13th. I never received the flower delivery on V-day, nor did I receive communication that they wouldn't be delivering the arrangement. I also recommended their service to 2 other people in my office. They also didn't get communication or delivery.
