We were traveling from ******* to ********. Our flight got delayed nine times before it got canceled& we didnt arrive to our hotel close to 10 PM at night. We paid $1100 for four days & when we got there we were told to pay security deposit and resort fees, totaling $800.00 despite the fact that we arrived in the evening, we were still charged the resort fees and security deposits for a whole day that we werent even there they are refusing to compensate or refund me in any way. we were charged for beverages that we did not even take out of the *********** told the representative at the front desk she claimed to have refunded us even provided me with a receipt. Yet they still proceeded to take out $370 from my account without telling me. Up until now I still have not gotten my $800 deposit back which was supposed to include the resort fees that they charged the $370 for so altogether this hotel has taken close to $2500 from me . To top it all off the female employee that works at the Beach Side that provides the beverages made really racist remarks to the couple that was sitting in front of us that she is extremely thankful that there are not too many Muslims that come there. When she happened to notice, we noticed she lowered her voice , yes we are Muslim, we took this to a different employee and asked for a manager and were told they would be contacting us. No one reached out to us. We had the most horrible experience after dealing with all the troubles of the airport there was no sympathy or empathy from this hotel **************** Im concerned & have to continuously check my account because I dont know what else they are going to charge me for & I would like my money back or I will continue to leave reviews to prevent someone else from going through what we went through the wallpaper in the room was peeling off the wall.
