    We stayed at this hotel for a weekend from Friday August 11 - Sunday August 13. Initially we were given a room where A/C did not work. We requested to have the A/C checked and was rudely informed that it was working properly. Nothing was fixed and I escalated the issue again the very next morning as it was unbearable to stay in the room in the middle of Miami summer. We were then moved to another room where we thought everything would be ok. Needless to say, it got worse. We found bugs all over the bathroom tub, cabinets, towels, toilet paper rolls, etc. The plugs in the bathroom did not work, nor did the lights in the main room. The excuse we kept hearing for everything was that the hotel was going to be closed soon for renovations. I am extremely displeased and cannot believe this is the type of service we received after spending what would be considered at least 4star price hotel. I am writing this complaint so other guests are aware of the property, the service issues and I am requesting a full refund.

    On our first day literally an hour after check in a maintenance worker unlocked and walked right into our room. Both of us were naked. The hotel did not offer much, only free breakfast. I explained how violated and uncomfortable I felt and the hotel would not offer us anything further. Their resort fee doesnt cover much, we had to pay for everything that many other hotels offer complimentary with paying a resort fee. Our room is also facing major construction and is very noisy. The amount we paid for this hotel was way ****** priced. I will not return to this hotel. Money would be better spent at SLS or Loews. Very disappointed.
