      I received a package from this company which is headquartered out of *******. It was a soft plastic mailing envelope with a description of "leather sheath". Item was black leather about 12 inches long. It has a pocket with a flap and a leather strap to secure contents and the flap. I do not know what this item is nor did I make any such order(s) from any of the companies they represent (i.e. ***** ****, or ********** No paperwork or invoice was included in the mailer to see who originally ordered this. They would not reply/answer email or their company phone at the ******* location.

      I ordered an engraved dog collar and received a shipping notification on December 10th. It is now mid February with no product being delivered. The carrier still shows they are waiting for the product to be dropped off I've contacted them several times and each time they promise something that never happens. First it was wait a little longer, then we'll send a replacement ( when I asked for a tracking number they gave me the original again), then it was a refund that I never received. PayPal handled the transaction and they closed the case as soon as they received the tracking number that was never dropped off. Etsy is no help because I used PayPal. I've asked again for a refund and they aren't even responding at this point. Seems to be a scam.

      After waiting nearly a month after purchasing a 5ft dog leash that aren't actually 5ft. It's 4ft 8in with hardware. Seller disrespectful and I had to pay return shipping out of my pocket. PayPal was used as my payment method and even PayPal on etsy doesn't protect the buyer. This business can't right there own wrongs. This seller Western Bid **** put their errors on me. Buyers beware if you value your time and money. As of today it's January 24th and my money still is not refunded yet!?!?

      I purchased a table through Etsy (handcrafted in ******* apparently) I paid through PayPal. Sellers account got banned right after I made the purchase, received the table damaged and the screws they gave were way too long for the thin table top which caused even more damage. I asked for a refund but PayPal is telling me Im responsible for return shipping and that I have to ship back to some ***** address and thats when I realized my payment went to western bid through PayPal. They refuse to give a partial refund.****** told me to fix the table myself using paint/glue/clay. Im not going to pay 100$ out of my own pocket to ship it back. I wish PayPal was more helpful in the matter and would investigate this more as it seems to be happening to alot of people through Etsy/western bid . **** told me Im not responsible to return the item especially since the sellers account got banned but since I paid through PayPal then PayPal controls the funds. They wrote me an email to send to PayPal but PayPal isnt acknowledging it they just deny my claim if I wont return the item out of my own pocket. I thought Id be safe using PayPal but apparently not.

      Absolutely gorgeous! The craftsmanship is well beyond what I'd expected. The shipping was exceedingly fast and we couldn't be more pleased. My only regret is that there was only one available for purchase as I'd love to have purchased another one for my friends 70th birthday gift.
