    I used to love Sun Coast Sciences and believed ************************** long explanations of how the body works with his products, but now I am an unsatisfied customer who used to be happy and loyal to this company. It seems like they try to rip you off at every click of the button by getting costs lower and lower every time you decline to purchase. So if you are one of the unfortunate ones that accepts the first offer you are paying a very high price such as $105 for 3 bottles of AMPAlive then they offer 9 bottles of the same product for $149 so of course you take the 9 bottles and try to cancel the 3 bottle order and subscription. They give you the run-around and try to offer 3 bottles and subscription for $74 so you try to change to your $105 order to the $74 order and of course the "Change Subscription" is grayed out and you are forced to keep the $105 order. So then you try to cancel the $105 order and again you get the run-around and the site logs you out over and over. So you call the ***** number and you get an automated message, finally you get to press 1 then 2 to cancel your order and they put on some loud annoying sound so you that you won't want to stay on the line!This is just another Company who has let GREED take over their manners and lost RESPECT for customers. Their products are good as far as I can see but the sneakiness of their tactics and the treatment of their customers have left me so DISAPOINTED in **********************. I have lost RESPECT for **********************! I will not be buying his products anymore or listing to his BS in the LONG ads that he puts out there!********************** YOU have LOST A loyal CUSTOMER!

Our intention with offering lower prices when customers attempt to cancel is not to push anyone away or make them feel scammed, but rather to provide a better value and encourage customers to stay on their health journey.     Regarding your experience with our phone line, Im concerned to hear about the loud noise you mentioned. We do have live agents standing by to assist our customers, and the automated system is intended to help direct your call as efficiently as possible. The noise issue is something I will investigate immediately, as its certainly not the experience we want our customers to have.

    I completely understand how these issues have impacted your trust in our company, and for that, I am truly sorry. We take pride in providing high-quality products and service, and its disheartening to know that we fell short in your case. I assure you that your feedback will be shared with our team so we can make the necessary improvements.
