Our impact windows and sliding glass doors were delivered in the end of November 2021. They were placed in a covered area out of the elements. The install started in 2022. The sliding glass door from the floor above leaked into our living room which is the floor below. It caused us to have to gut the drywall in the room below. EuroCraft USA sent their installers out and they had a special pan made to try to fix the leaking. that did not stop the leak. We also had leaking coming from the windows. Not only were these windows not installed properly, but the windows also had water leaking from in between the glass when the screws were removed from the sash. We have videos showing how much water, was in between the window glass, however we have had to screen shot pictures of the videos since this form doesn't allow videos. Please note that at the time these pictures were taken of the water coming out from between the glass in these windows (all within the last month) we didn't have any rain at all down here in the ************. We reached out to Eurocraft USA and were told to email their *************************************** email. We sent them an email with videos, and we have yet to get a response from them. Please let all buyers/homeowners/contractors beware to not get these windows.

They put sliding glass door in the back and a front door in and the door handles fell off so we couldn't lock our doors and as soon as I tried to open my window the first time I got cold the lock broke so now I can't lock my window I called them and they told me for 2 weeks they would have a supervisor call me back never got called back and now when I call it's a busy signal. Now there's a s**** coming out of my back sliding glass door that is rubbing against the door and shaving metal shavings every time you open and close the door and then the black stripping inside the door is hanging down

Date of transaction 9 April 2021.Agreed to $51,000 total - $16,000 down payment with a remainder to be paid when job is complete. $35,000.Agreed to install all new lv5 9/16 hurricane window and doors in my home. 16 windows downstairs and 2 doors. Upstairs, 19 windows for a total of 35 windows and 2 doors. The nature of this dispute is: Half of the windows that were specifically made for my home were too short either width wise or length wise. I have contacted the company multiple times and was even told that it was only an inch short to an inch and a half. The installer could not even complete the work because two of the windows were completely the wrong size and the installer said he would not do them. I still have multiple things that have been done to my home like, bent window frames, windows that don't open easily, screens that are bent, cracked granite, scratches on my back door on the metal and window, no concrete under my windows and the list goes on. My walls have been damaged on the inside and outside of my home. The business has told me they would fix everything but truthfully at this time I have no confidence in the company what so ever. I have been told so many lyes from the company. The original install date was 120 days after down payment. Which should have been in August. Then I was told the end of September, then maybe the first week in October. Then they would try to get to me in November but probably December. It was the 9th of December when they started the installation. I have what they gave me on the day they filled out the paperwork but there is no work order number on it. I also have the ******* Building notice from the State. WO#******* certified: **** **** **** **** **** Batch:04566 ******** Date: 07/21/22.I am a military veteran 100% disabled from the VA and on SSD. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. These are lv5 9/16 hurricane windows, not cheap at all. $51k with my military discount.
