The enogen was purchased February 2023 order number #**** and the device has a 3 year warranty. I have tried several times over the last 3 Mos to contact RA supply with no response the machine has a yellow light that keeps appearing and the double battery is not charging this device for breathing and is essential I need this to be resolved immediately. I need to be contacted with a resolution as this machine is a life sustaining device.Business response

I We purchased 2 Inogen 5 portable concentrators through RA Supply Corp. The first machine was for myself as I have Pulmonary Hypertension ( Right side heart failure) I was very pleased with the machine. My significant other 2 months later required full time oxygen and for his portable O2 needs he bought the same machine from the same company.On 4/24/2024 my machine began to make a loud noise and stopped providing any airflow. Thankfully I have a home based concentrator. I have made 6 attempted calls pleading for a response and received none. There website has all their products listed as sold. I contacted ****** and was told that the warranty had to be honored by the seller. Meanwhile I will be trapped at home without the repair of this product. New machine will cost approximately $2899.00 which in NO possible way have. The warranty was for 1 year. I purchased from them because it was a good sale. but not a deal in the long run. On August 11, 2022 I ordered (Order#***-4417570-8181860) an Inogen One G3 16 Cell Double Battery on Amazon from *** Wholesale Supplier (RA Supply Corp) for $323.30. The battery worked for almost 11 months before it stopped working. After contacting Inogen and providing the serial number of the battery they told us this battery was only to be used with OxyGo equipment. After contacting Amazon and the seller neither will replace the battery or give a refund because it is after the 30 day return policy. The issue is that it was advertised as an Inogen One G3 battery but it wasnt what was shipped to us. It did fit the Inogen machine but we believe it has stopped working since it wasnt an OxyGo piece of equipment. We feel that they misrepresented what was advertised and what they supplied.
