Subject: Formal Complaint Against Southeast Florida Motorcycle Safety School I am lodging a complaint against Southeast Florida Motorcycle Safety School. I paid $330 for a motorcycle safety course, but on the scheduled date, the school was closed, preventing me from obtaining the necessary license. This has jeopardized my job and caused severe financial hardship. I demand a full refund or the certificate of completion, alternatively i want the business to consider that the school should cover all costs, including potential job loss and overdraft fees, totaling $2,000. Additionally, the school assured me that no further steps were necessary after payment, leading me to incur additional expenses for safety attire. **** from Southeast Florida Motorcycle Safety School stated that they were never closed and that the consumer went to the wrong location. The way it works is their consumers will sign up for a course and then be sent a confirmation email, in this case the email was in spanish so no language barriers would have an effect. It is a class with 16 other people and this consumer simply did not show up. If a consumer misses a class, they can reschedule. The rescheduling fee mentioned in the confirmation email is $150. If the consumer would like to speak with the school they can call ************** with any further questions.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:i called the number in their ****** page , I asked specifically if that was the correct address to go and the clerk said "Yes, just show up to that address on that date"
if the business wouldve had the decency to pick up my call on the scheduled date and tell me that i was at the wrong address then I wouldve gone to the correct address , however; they didnt even had the courtesy to pick my many calls, therefore i wont be acceptint their posture and make it look as if im the one to blame, as i called many many times on that date. Also, there was another student there with me at the place and he said that he was told to come to the address stated in my images.
And its not a matter of a language barrier at this point, its a matter of ethics and their questionable business practices.
I wont be rescheduling with them and I need my money back ASAP

The resource (******** B) assigned to my complaint requested information (phone calls made) that were already submitted in the original complaint.
please have this case reopened.
there was enough information from the first request. what truly bothers me are the lies used by the business and the way they tried to put the blame on me.
i did call many mane times the day of the appointment to the number that I contacted them in the first place and they didnt pick up ,and i was there 10 minutes before our appointment with another frustrated user.

I did called the day of the appointment many times and nobody answered.
Please check the 3 images attached i uploaded as supporting documentation.
The images will show you that I didnt go to the wrong place and I did tried to contact the business on the appointment date
