    I am filing a formal complaint against Mitsubishi of North Miami regarding a used vehicle purchase made on March 22, 2025. My wife and I paid in full, in cash, for a 2024 ***** RX 350h Hybrid SUV with ****** miles. We were assured the vehicle included the remainder of the factory warranty, and the Carfax report supported that.Soon after, the vehicle displayed an error code. We were told it was a gas cap issue and resolved, but the code returned the next day. At ***** of *******, we were shocked to learn the vehicle was originally sold in ****** and the warranty is not recognized by U.S. ***** dealerships a crucial detail never disclosed.Despite contacting the dealership, we were told, you bought it as-is, with no concern or effort to help. ***** Corporate later informed us that warranty conversion is possible, but must be initiated by the selling dealer again, they refused.We were also charged $2,000 more than the vehicles advertised online price of $54,010.94 simply for paying in cash. This was never disclosed during negotiation or on the website. On top of that, we were charged $1,295 for a ****************** we explicitly declined, but were forced to sign for anyway.Our total out-of-pocket cost came to $63,291.05, including taxes and fees. This experience has been distressing and felt dishonest. While we are beside ourselves with the situation, we love the vehicle and would prefer a resolution.     I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    While this was a difficult and stressful issue. The General Manager at North Miami Mitsubishi acknowledged there were mistakes made and I feel made a reasonable effort to resolve my issues and concerns. They paid for the work needed to correct the unforeseeable problems with the vehicle that was not within a standard expectation of a new used vehicle within its factory warranty period. I was honestly surprised with ****, the General Manager. He was very professional and i appreciate that.

    Wanted to purchase an item they were selling. Went on website to see how much. Part was $35, wanted to see how much shipping was and when I clicked on shipping choice it said "thanks for the purchase". I didn't purchase anything. Wanted to cancel order immediately but site said it was too soon. 10 minutes later it said it was cancelled. Then a few days later I get an email saying he already shipped it. Shipping was $95 on a $35 plastic piece weighing under 16 oz. Now for me to return the unwanted and not ordered part I have to pay again to ship it back but only get my $35 refunded. This is criminal.

    We have contacted customer and explained to him that **** is who charged these fee's according to the area it is going to and we have no control over that. We did offer to refund the extra shipping charges to customer but he actually wants a different car part from us. Customer understood how this is something that **** controls and we have come into an agreement so he can be fully satisfied with the transaction.

    I started financing this car in June already experienced issues within the first two weeks. I had the car service once the issue was never fixed I had to pay out my own pocket to have the car fixed Because of this I decided to cancel my service warranty I spoke to kerwim from the cancellation department on September 8th he stated my cancellation was processed on the 9th and I will receive my refund for $1651.59 it would take between 4 to 6 weeks to get a refund we are now in November I have been reaching out to everyone and no one respond I spoke to **** one in sale and one in finance stated the director was going reach out never did I have been down there several times and still no one is willing to help. This is my money and they are holding it hostage this a violation of my contract which stated I can cancel and be refunded for my service warranty. I have emails and text messages to prove as well.

    Firstly, they advertised a price that was not honored. Secondly, after negotiation I was forced to leave a 5 star review in order to get the price that was finally agreed on. They also agreed to provide floor mats, a service on the hub locks, detail and most importantly, agreed to derust and undercoat the truck undercarriage. All in writing. None of it was done or provided. Worst of all, they actually covered the rust with spray paint. Not even proper undercoat. Just spray paint. Right over the rust. The sales man was embarrassed and promised it was a mistake and they would resolve it asap. They strung me along for weeks making numerous promises to get back to be. Never resolved it. Just keep making promises that go no where.

    We bought a truck at North Miami Mitsubishi on 10/14/2024 and there was no floor matsin the truck, they promised us that it had floor mats, but when we picked up the truck they couldn't find the floor mats, they said they would order them and they'll arrive on 10/25 but the floormats never came. We have reached out to the dealer many times and they give us a date then they never arrive on the given date. We reached out on Monday, November 4 and no one called us back. We just want we are owed the floormats.We spoke to Can Sanliturk, ******* **** and ******.

    We did a deal with this company. We gave our old truck as part payment plus cash, they were going to settle the total debt, which was not the case, since after a while they called me from the old company to notify me that it was under surveillance for non-payment. They have not solved anything even though I have called them repeatedly and still nothing, and now I also have a credit report.

    We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this matter. Our regional manager spoke with the customer on 9/5/24 about the trade-in regarding the customers vehicle which occurred 05/28/2024. On 6/07/24 *** paid the total payoff of $8578.65. Unfortunately, our dealer management service software, Dealertrack, showed that NMM overpaid when submitting the payoff and refunded our company $364.69. On 6/17/24 we sent the customer the refund for the overpayment however, the customers bank stated that we short-paid his loan by that amount and reported it to the customers **********************.

    Our records indicate that the refund check was never cashed assuming its not been received.  We are issuing the customer the refund check again. Unfortunately, this incident would be a matter to dispute with the bank due to the bank reporting an overpayment on Dealertrack. All the supporting documents have been sent to the customer so he can submit it to his bank and dispute it.

    I reject this response because:  The total to pay is more than what they are offering. I notified them in advance of this problem and they let the interest advance and did not care about damaging my credit. They only came to contact me when I went to BBB help otherwise they would never have attended to my complaint, and they were supposed to send me a check to settle the debt and it is the date and they still have not sent anything and meanwhile the interest continues to increase as well as my time with the report. 
    I notified them since July 16 of this year.

    As I've been shopping around the past few days for several makes/models on Cars.com, Autotrader, Cargurus, Edmunds, and KBB, one of them was a used 2017 Jaguar ****** listed by North Miami Mitsubishi. After inquiring I received a response from Salesperson ***********************. I've been in the game entirely too long to put up with SCAM tactics and so I cut straight to the chase asking what the bottom dollar out the door price is as I don't do fees, aka "sales commissions!" He responds asking if I would be paying cash or financing, then disappears! I call a few hours later and get intercepted ***********************. The typical sounding saleperson attempted his best to appear he had my best interest at heart! Ultimately he provides me the requested "out the door" price and after rubbing my eyes a few times I realized the Scam charges were no joke although in my book as the consumer they're just that! I responded almost immediately stating there's a sucker born every second but unfortunatley for him I wasn't one of them! A ******** $1,990 "Proc/Doc Fee" a $400 "Government Fee" $3,158.68 for "taxes" (when I'm purchasing out of state) for a whopping grand total of $36,038.68 on northmiamimitsubishi.com for a vehicle that YES is advertised for $29,490! For someone that has purchased my last 3 vehicles from **, **, and ** since 2017 and not once have I seen the bullsh*t presented to me by this SCAM Factory! Call it what you will but it's none other but a classic ************* for which I will be contacting the ************************ (FTC) in reference to the Act of 1914 as it considered a violation of the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act and as such this is a direct reflection of the Owner/s, and Management.

    On October 2, 2021 I brought my ****** Camry with 10k miles on it from Miami Car Credit. When I brought the car they explained to me and my family that the car had been in an accident. They never said that the title was salvage nor rebuilt. On the contract that they gave me on neither paper it says that the car is a salvage title or rebuilt. I currently have 88k miles on my car I tried to trade in my vehicle today (05/07/2024) and they asked me if I had known that it was salvage and I did not. When I got the car the total of it was 32k with taxes it comes up to about 50k. I refinanced my car maybe a year and a half ago. I currently have 27k payout balance. ******* dealership said my appraisal price was 7500 which means Im paying more than what the car is worth. At no given point my car should be worth that least amount of money. My sister had a ****** Camry 2018 and received 15k for her trade in. I would like to get out paying for a car that has no worth I dont want to pay quadruple the amount of the car when its only worth 7500-8k. Ive put at least *****k towards the car already

    I am rejecting this response because: They showed me a clean title to sign, only to report to car fax that the car is a total loss and rebuilt ******. I have the title where it says that it is not clean. I also went back to North Miami Mitsubishi on Saturday at around 6pm and tried to get another car with them and they told me to call carfax and tell them that the title is clean but wouldnt carfax have the right information. If the car wasnt a total loss they wouldve been able to give me a car if they know the truth. No one wants to trade my car in. The updated car fax says that it is a total loss and if you scroll down to the last page it says that it is salvage in the attachment above. I received this from another car dealer through car fax.

    The company is saying one thing but this is not what was told to me. Were not talking about the value of the car were talking about the carfax. Something is wrong I have 2 different carfax and one of them is not allowing me to trade in my car anywhere. When I signed the paperwork it highlighted that it was in a MINOR accident with little work done. I dont want the matter to be closed because not even the company wants to trade in my car and they sold it to me. As stated before my last interaction with the company they told me that there was nothing they can do and that they were sorry that this happened to me. So I wont take anything that this company is saying because clearly they are in the wrong. I dont want to continue to pay on a car thats not worth paying on.

    On 7/21/2020 I purchased a 2017 ***** Equinox from Miami Car Credit. I specifically asked for a car that had no damages or accidents. I was provided the attached Carfax Report that stated that the vehicle was auctioned on 7/13/2020 and put up for sale on 7/14/2023. There was no mention of structural damages or accidents when I asked for and reviewed the carfax report on 7/21/2020. I recently wanted to trade my ***** Equinox in for a new car. It was at this point that I learned the car had a damaged frame (structural damage). When the dealer pulled the carfax report it was listed, which my report did not show (attached for review). Frame damage not only compromises mine and my children's safety, but also depreciates the vehicles worth significantly. I feel that the dealership knowingly sold me a damaged vehicle and put my family's safety at risk. I have called them twice with no return calls. I have also seen that I am not the only one that purchased a damaged/malfunctioning vehicle from this dealership. I would like a resolution as I owe $8000 on my loan and the car is no longer at a higher value due to the damaged frame.

    I am rejecting this response because I did not sign any paperwork stating that there was damage to the vehicle.  What was not disclosed in their response was an offer of $6,000 they offered for my car only if I purchased a new car from them.  I declined their offer for 2 reasons: 1. I owe $7500 on the loan and 2. I have no intention of doing business with a dealer that did not disclose damages.  A solution that would be fair is to cover the difference in value since they sold my car to me at full value for its year and mileage instead of the value that is reduced because of the damages they knew about.  If CarFax is an unreliable third party, why include the report in my signature package at all and then disclose the damages to CarFax after the sale to me?? I hope North Miami Mitsubishi can resolve this matter in a timely fashion.  There are other reviews online of their deceptive practices with regards to previous damages not being disclosed (I.e. cars.com website).  I expected better and more honest practices from a company this large.

    I purchased a 2021 Kia ******** from this dealer. Not even 30 days a check engine light comes on. I immediately notified the company and they want me to leave the car for 2 days before they can even look at it. So I bring it in for service and first, **** looks like hes high on drugs. Then he takes my keys to move my car in service, but it takes him ******************************************************************* my car due being high on drugs. When it was brought to other managers attention they all laughed at me. I took my car keys back and left. So now NO ONE will answer my calls or emails. This issue is a safety concern and needs to be fixed immediately. They sell lemons with defects and cover it up!
