We placed an order and paid in full on 6/29/23 for $38,560 for 8 containers. We were promised 2 weeks. After several weeks and multiple phone calls we were told only a few more weeks several times. Eventually all communication was lost. No phone calls, texts, emails, or ******** message response. We cant get ahold of anyone to get our containers or money back. We are going on almost 4 months. At the time they were also operating under the name Containers Depot Roll Off Specialist.Initial Complaint

O/A Nov 9, 2021, the Company, G.L. Williams and Daughter paid for 30 yd and 20yd Roll-off Bins for delivery to Graniteville, SC before Thanksgiving. We were told the bins were in stock and only required painting. The representative at Ultimate Containers Pro, LLC required payment at the time of order so that a special discounted price would be guaranteed. The order was accompanied by a payment of $49,000+/-, which included shipping. To date, the containers have not been received and subsequent calls to the supplier have not been returned or answered. It is my impression the supplier did not have the subject bins in stock at the time of order and still does not have the bins as promised. It is my interpretation from the lack of requested contact from the supplier that the supplier may be unable to fulfill his obligations and may be acting fraudulently with this customer and possibly others.Initial Complaint

Wired $11,000 sent on 6/16/21 for a container. We were promised many times we would be receiving the product. After many attempts over the past few months with limited response we have still received the container. They have since ceased communication. We would like our deposit returned for the product we never received.Initial Complaint

On 7/27/21, we booked a flatbed truckload with Ultimate Containers Pro to pick up on 7/30/21 at their Miami, Florida location (355 NW 171st Street). We have a signed "rate con" with an agreed upon rate on $4,773.00 to deliver on 8/2/21 to Husker Refuse Service in Lincoln, NE. We completed the load, and have submitted numerous invoices to Ultimate Containers Pro. We are now at 120 days paste due. They will not answer their phones, emails, or texts.
