I paid $95 for Global Tech Repairs Corp. to come out and diagnose my dishwasher. The guy they sent on April 19, 2024 spoke no English, was here over 3 hours, and kept calling someone for help. The next day, April 22, 2024 they sent me an estimate for the repairs for me to accept. I accepted and they called when the part came in to book the repair appointment. I was leaving on a trip and was told to call back when I returned on May 20, 2024. I called 3 times to set up the repair and was told the repairman would call me. The next day I called again and was told the repairman was locating the part. The third day I was told the repairman for my area had left the company in early May and they could no longer repair my dishwasher. I asked for a refund of my $95 and was told it was not refundable. What reputable company would do that to a customer? NEVER EVER TRUST THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON!!!

****************** your estimate was accepted on April 22nd, parts were ordered and delivered to our ************************* 4 days after the estimate was acceded, however our technician working in the area have to leave the company for health issues on may 1st, when you call back to schedule your repair (one month after the estimate was accepted) we have nobody available in the area to complete the repair. If you read terms and condition on your estimate you will see that estimates are valid for 7 business days and diagnostic fee (service call trip) are not refundable. Sorry for all inconveniences.

This business is a scam. They are not located in cooper city nor is their business name cooper city appliance repair. The real name of this business is Global Tech Repairs Corp. I was advised that its an $85 diagnostic fee. The remaining balance would be $69.99 if i went with the company applying the $85 diagnostic fee. I was shown this by the repair man and told by him. Then i was sent an estimate with the name of the company listed as Global Tech Repairs Corp for $305 with a remaining balance of $220.99. I called the tech and he said i dont know thats the office. I called the office and was told were just the call center call the tech. I said so you're telling me to call the tech and the tech is telling me to call the office. Then a manager calls me and tells me no its impossible that the tech told me the remaining balance due. I said no he showed me and told me. They supervisor advised me that isnt the case. How are you going to tell me what i was advised by a tech in my house they wanted to charge me 125.99 on a belt when the manufacturer part from the manufacturer cost $10. This place is a complete scam. They tell you one thing and mark up a price that they gave you verbally. Scam!
