Complete SCAM! Do not fall for this; i looks like its from the government on first glance but its a scammer.

    Good day

We understand your concern, and we assure you that we are a legitimate business which provides a service for customers. We have been in business for a long time and provide excellent customer service and fast turnaround times for our clients. We do not "scam" any of our customers and would never jeopardize the integrity of our business. We have never taken money from anyone without providing the service and documents that they paid for. We have open lines of communication via email as well as phone where there is a representative ready to answer your call to assist. We also have a legitimate website where purchases can be made and tracked through your bank, as well as disputed if the services or documents you ordered are never rendered or received. We offer many avenues of comfort to assure that no one feels vulnerable and feels safe in making their transactions.

We do send letters to new businesses to solicit our company, as do many other companies and super****ets every week to let locals know about their weekly specials. We reach out to new business owners specifically to let them know about other steps they may need to take to operate successfully. A lot of people who open a new business are lost with all the logistics and we just step in and help with obtaining certain documents that they may need. In other cases, we also remind them when it is time for them to renew. Yes, there are many ways that the person can obtain the documents we offer on their own, but sometimes people like to hire someone else to cut their grass.

We hope that in the future you can try to reach out to the company you are suspicious of to ask questions before filing a complaint with no real interaction between yourself and the company. While there may be other companies out there which run "scams" on people, we assure you that we are not one of them, and now we have a negative **** on our business on BBB with someone who was never been our customer or had a real interaction with us. We understand your intentions were good in trying to warn the public, but in this case the warning was not needed and instead you damaged the reputation of a company without having a real first experience interaction warranting a complaint.

I hope that we have been able to clear up any concerns. If you have any further questions, please feel free to call our offices during business hours. Otherwise, we would really appreciate your consideration to retract your complaint. Thank you.

ATTN BBB: We do not feel that this complaint against our company is legitimate. The person filing this complaint has had no real interaction with our company and is filing a complaint illegitimately. I believe that these complaints need to be monitored more carefully so as not to soil the reputation of a good company.

Scam . Same situation : . "Try to send out mailers masquerading as official State of Florida docs, festooned with flags logos etc. Then charge 3X+ the State rates for simple documents that can be obtained just as easily from the State website."

I was sent a Fictitious Name Document Notice after registering a Fictitious Name to pay for their service fee of $175. This is a SCAM. As a new business owner this is disgusting behavior as they attempt to take advantage of others.

Yes, there are many ways that the person can obtain the documents we offer on their own, but sometimes people like to hire someone else to cut their grass.

In your case with fictitious name, if you visit the Florida **************** of Corporations website exactly right before you began your registration (***************************************************************************************************),you will see on the first line it says, "The name you register must be advertised at least once in a newspaper that is located within the county where your principal place of business is located (Chapter 50, Florida Statutes)." In this case, we send letters to those who opened fictitious names and offer our services to place the ad for them because we know how complicated the process can be. You may, however, do it on your own.

We hope that in the future you can try to reach out to the company you are suspicious of to ask questions before filing a complaint with no real interaction between yourself and the company. I registered my new business under the Fictitious Name Registration (FNR) in May 2022. I just received a notice from Florida Certified Document Services, LLC informing me "that according to their records" my FNR would expire in 2 days and that I needed to pay $289 immediately or risk losing my FNR and FNR number and be required to start the **************** again. Considering this can be done for $50 through the official State website and at 5 year intervals, NOT 20 month intervals, I have zero respect for these predatory business practices. I agree with all the other folks....THIS IS A SCAM ORGANIZATION. They may be legal, but they prey on the ill informed and those who are not technically savvy to be able to do some background searches on them. They need to be closed down.

8/7/2023 We received their letter after filing our LLC and EIN. Were confused by what other services they may provide that we had missed. So glad we looked them up before pursuing it. Thank you all for your candid feedback on this scam company.

This scam send semi real looking government documents. I hope they don't get any business. This is as bad as any scam. Nice try with the disclaimer. These are the type of companies that scam the elderly and uninformed.
