  Customers agree to the following terms and conditions:

   

  Our top priority is ensuring your absolute satisfaction. The majority of our products can be returned within 30 days with pre-authorization. To initiate this process, please get in touch with us through our “Contact Us” form or give us a call at 1833-627-7245.

  The customer is responsible for disassembling and packing the chair in the original packing material (and any associated costs) and returning the chair to the manufacturer within 30 calendar days of the delivery date to qualify for our free return offer. 

  If you are a continental US customer and want to EXCHANGE your chair for another model, you will be responsible for disassembling & packing up your chair in the original packing material (and any associated costs) and having the chair back to the manufacturer within 30 calendar days of the date of delivery. Once you decide on a replacement chair, we will bill or credit you the difference between chair prices.

  • You must send an email to [email protected] to initiate your return or exchange. Once approved, you will receive an email from Massage Chair Heaven with specific return instructions.

  • The standard return policy applies with restocking fees for any chair canceled AFTER it has shipped. Both shipping fees are not refundable. 

  • You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to return your chair to the manufacturer.

  • If you do decide to return your chair within the 30 calendar day guarantee period from the date of delivery, you will need to send it back to the manufacturer in the original packing material to get your money back. 

  • You will be responsible for the disassembling and packaging of the chair in the original packing material in preparation for the return shipment (and any associated costs). 

  • The manufacturer must approve that the chair is in its original packing condition and resellable. Our customer support team will guide you throughout the return process. 

  • We DO NOT return any White Glove Delivery costs you paid at the time of purchase. 

  • We DO refund extended warranty purchases. However, commercial warranties purchased for your chair will NOT be refunded.

  • Your refund will be credited back to your credit/debit card and may take up to 1 week to show up on your card statement. The refund will be the original purchase price (including sales tax, if applicable) less any damage repair costs not covered by the chair warranty, less threshold delivery and/or White Glove Delivery service bought by you at the time of purchase, less the $250 flat fee for the return freight charge. If you paid for your chair with a PayPal account, the refund would be issued directly to that same account. Please be aware while your original shipping may be accessible when purchasing the chair, we are paying for it.

  • If you are returning or exchanging your chair, the chair must be in the manufacturer's return address within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. If it arrives after 30 calendar days from the delivery date, we will refuse delivery and send it back to you. However, our support team will help you throughout the process to ensure a smooth return.

  • The refund will be issued once the chair has been received and inspected by the supplier to ensure it is in proper condition.

  • If your order was financed, the transaction fees of 8% are not refundable. 

  • Orders canceled after 24 hours of placement are subject to a 3% ?cancellation fee.

  • Please also include all accessories, manuals, forms, pages, etc., that came with the chair when it was delivered to you.

  PRODUCT GUARANTY & DAMAGES

   

  At Massage Chair Heaven, we do everything we can to ensure that your products arrive in perfect condition and work as advertised. 

  Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive; if you notice any damage, you should note it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos to  [email protected] (or provide other forms of proof like video) within 7 days after receiving your shipment. 

  We will then file a return claim with the supplier for you and, if approved, return your product to them. Depending on the manufacturer, you can either get a full refund or receive a replacement product.

  Original packaging and product condition:

   

  Any returned product(s) must be returned in their original packaging and like-new condition minus the reported damages and defects. The supplier may reject the returned product if there is no visible/detectable damage to the product and/or the product packaging is not original.

  If a product is deemed unfit for return, we will notify you that the return has been rejected. You can then choose one of the following options.

  1. The product will be shipped back to you, and you'll have to pay the shipping cost.
  2. You can claim your return, and our support team will work with you to process the return. 

  If you do not select one of the above options within 14 days of informing us that your return has been rejected, the product will be recycled. 

    

   

  *The following restocking fees apply to the following brands.  

   

   

  A 20% Restocking Fee applies on Returns on Synca, Daiwa, Human Touch, and INADA Branded Products. 

  A 15% Restocking Fee applies to Infinity, Kyota, Osaki, Ogawa, Titan, Sharper Image, Luraco, and Kahuna massage chairs. 

   

  There are no returns allowed on: Ohco, D.Core, Hutech Kai, Panasonic, and Katana chairs.
