THIS IS AN URGENT WARNING.... PLEASE WARN OTHER PET OWNERS.... WALMART HAS ADMITTED ON A RECORDED LINE THAT I HAVE IN MY POSSESSION THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO FILL THE 5 EMERGENCY ORIGINAL PERSCRIPTIONS AS THEY ARE BEING SOLD TO A NEW COMPANY AND THE DELAY IS MASSIVE THIS MEANS MY DOG HAD TO SUFFER AND I MEAN SUFFER AS THE ORIGINAL PERSCRIPTION WAS IN THEIR POSSESSION AND THEY WOULD NOT RETURN IT TO ME TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE SO I WENT TO THE VET AND GOT 3 MORE ORIGINAL PERSCRIPTIONS AND THOSE WERE HELP UP AS WELL WHEN I WOULD CALL...DAILY I WOULD BE TOLD THEY ARE GOING TO GET TO IT RIGHT AWAY.... 25 DAYS LATER STILL NOT HERE AND I AM TOLD THEY ARE FALLING FURTHER BEHIND.... THEY MUST KNOW THEY ARE A LIFELINE TO ANIMALS....HOW CAN THEY KEEP HOLDING UP ORDERS I DO NOT KNOW THEY NEED TO BE SUED IN A CLASS ACTION.... I HAVE CONTACTED LAWYERS WHO CAN NOT BE BOTHERED.... I WILL VIDEO ALL OF THIS AND POST ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND I BET SOMETHING DOES COME OF IT THEY ARE INHUMAN AND NON CARING COMPANY..... I LOVED ******* Pet RX until one of my three dogs passed in March of 2023. I removed one of five prescriptions and my auto ship didnt arrive. I spoke with customer service several times each month since March trying to receive my medications on time. When my auto ship was not received again at the end of July, I called on 8/5. The order was not shipped until 8/11. I called again on 8/15 and was told it would be resubmitted and I was ASSURED I would receive it 8/17. Its 8/17 and I AM OUT OF MEDS and the website says pharmacy hold. I will need to call my vet tomorrow and beg for meds since they insist on 24 hours and are closed on Saturday. I dont know what I will do if they refuse to fill the prescription. I am furious and disappointed since my dogs NEED these meds.WalmartPetRx.com Response

My veterinarian called in prescriptions on 7/18. The website says to ship in one business day. It is now 7/21 and they still say pending fulfillment. Since one of the medications cannot be missed I called. Nobody at ******* Petrx can give me an answer as to when the meds will be shipped. It is now 3 business days and a Friday which means nothing will happen until Monday, at least. I called and have spoken to a person named ******, a person named **** and supervisor named ***** amongst other people. Nobody can tell me anything about these meds other than what I can see on the website which simply says "pending fulfillment". Yesterday someone said that a supervisor would call me and one did not. When I asked ***** today, as she said she would get a higher up supervisor to speak with me she said that there is no record of a request being made. Incompetent, WalmartpetRX employees My cat is receiving same medication throughout the year. My vet sent prescription to WalmartpetRX pharmacy with 11 refills. However, the information about 11 refills somehow gets lost in WalmartpetRX pharmacy, and every time it takes me several phone calls between the pharmacy and my vet to refill this medication. Although my vet continue to send them request for refills, it gets lost in the pharmacy. My guess would be that employees are incompetent to enter number of refills in the computer or similar. Although prices are good, it is a lot of trouble with autoship . At this point, I prefer to pay more and go with somebody else.WalmartPetRx.com Response

Absolutely atrocious service from WalmartPetRX.Ordering from this company has been a total nightmare. I started the process three weeks ago and have still not received my dogs heart failure meds. My vet has faxed approval twice and yesterday phoned their pharmacy directly. I called them (in ***** or wherever) for the fourth time this morning and finally received word that the prescription is being shipped and will arrive tomorrow. Well see.Oh, and dont believe their lie that they host an online chat feature for dealing with customer issues. There is no working link to this phantom feature. Your only options are an email to a bot which offers reassuring words about an imminent contact from a representative who doesnt exist or a call to ********* or ****** or wherever. Judging by the ratings here, this must be the worst company in the world. At least I know Im not alone.WalmartPetRx.com Response

Because your order was originally placed for one tablet, your veterinarian declined the prescriptions. It was not until we updated the quantity of your order and reached out to the veterinarian again that we were able to process your order. After two attempts, we received the prescriptions for the tablet medications on 5/17 and your order was processed and shipped the same day. Once again, we truly apologize, and please know that we are working diligently with the appropriate departments to review this situation thoroughly and follow up with the representatives you spoke with during your contacts.
To remedy the situation, we have processed a partial refund of 50% for your order. We hope that we are able to regain your trust.

Walmart PetRX needs to remove the 2 days shipping ad when it literally takes them almost a week to ship the order. If I knew this, I wouldn't be purchasing from them. I placed my order on 01/21/2023 and my vet approved the prescription on the same day. On 01/23/2023, I called WalmartPetRx for status update and was told that they don't work on the weekend. Then on 01/25/2023, I did a live chat with a rep and was told that the order will be shipped within the next 24 hours and they will upgrade my order to one business day shipping. Of course it wasn't shipped. I followed up again with on the 26th morning and the same rep told me that it will be shipped today. Again, it wasn't shipped, then I followed up again at 2 PM and the rep escalated my case to his manager. They had to remove part of my order in order for my cat's med be shipped for next business day. At 8 pm that night, I finally received a shipment confirmation email. Long story short, I didn't receive my prescription until 01/30/2023. And I had to purchase the med from my vet at triple the price.WalmartPetRx.com Response

Your order did not ship on Wednesday, January 25, 2023,because the Epi-Otic Advanced Ear Cleanser 8 oz was out of stock. I wish that I could give them ZERO stars! I have been waiting for 9+ days for my pet's medication to be filled! I ordered the meds on January 10, 2023 and mailed the original Vet RX on January 11th. My order status on Walmartpetrx.com as of today is STILL "Waiting on RX"! I contacted them and "*****" informed me that it takes "5 to 7 days"! Well, it's been 9 days! What is going on? However, the voicemail answered and the client was left with a detail message, offering a sincere apology for the order delay, and a full refund in the amount of $68.68. Terrible. I mailed the original pet rx on 8/12. They say they have not yet received it. Through phone and chat I get different answers. They have, most likely, received the rx but have a processing backlog, per one of my documented chats. I question how they are licensed to handle medication with such poor procedures. The client was contacted today surrounding order WSO-******* for the Carprofen 75mg Caplet. Unfortunately, the client wasn't available, and a detail message was left advising the client for the reasoning of the call . In addition, the client was given an apology, as well as a full refund for the medication. Order WSO-******* is scheduled to shipped today.
