This is a fraudulent company. I placed orders through WalmartPetRx before they shut down their operations, and it seems that this company acquired my credit card information. I have gotten charges every 6 months since my last autoship order in February 2021. That's around $130 every 6 months for the last 3 years. Have tried calling them about these unauthorized purchases, but their "escalation team" was unavailable, but they were able to offer me $25 in store credit. What a joke, cannot wait until this company goes bankrupt.Allivet Response

My dog continued to itch with the apoquil from ******* pet RX now Allivet for years until we recently started getting them from our vet. Immediately she stopped itching. I called Allivet and they refunded me 3 months worth of prescriptions without struggle. This shows me they know theyre selling junk! Wasted so much money and my dog was miserable for YEARS!Allivet Response

I thought I had signed up for auto ship on my order but my account showed now auto ships. Then I received an email stating my auto ship was going to ship out and I had 24 hours to modify it. I logged in once again and it showed NO auto ships. I called and received terrible customer service. They told me I had auto ships and they were shipping. I said well they are not listed on my account so how do we get that fixed so that I can see and manage my auto ships. They just kept saying they can't access customer accounts and they can modify it for me. I told them that wasn't acceptable, I should be able to login and see what I have coming and modify it myself. After getting the run around repeatedly I asked "don't you have an IT department that takes care of these types of things?" They just kept saying they can modify it for me. I don't want to call and sit on hold every time I need to know what's on my account or have something modified. I told them to cancel my order and I'll find a company who can properly maintain their website.Allivet Response

WOW! I turned to Allivet when my vet didn't have a specific dosing of a medication for my Chihuahua. While there were many online pharmacy options, Allivet had the lowest cost for the medicine we needed, so despite some of the other reviews we decided to try them. Although I thought this would be a simple order, my vet's office staff sent the wrong RX to Allivet. Even though this was my vet's mistake, Allivet's customer service team was proactive in trying to fix things. They kept me informed with e-mail updates and a phone call to try to sort things out as promptly as possible so my dog could get the antibiotic she so desperately needed! Once it was all figured out and the vet sent the correct prescription, Allivet filled the script and sent it out the next day air without any shipping upcharge because they knew my pet needed her medicine ASAP! I can't thank Allivet enough for their help. I now see the benefits of going through a pet pharmacy for my dog's medication needs. Cheap prices and horrible auto ship. Set one up for 3 months and 11 days later they charge me and send to my vet for renewal. I had to contact them to cancel the auto ship and wait 3-5 days for a refund. Charge you before they even get approval. I will not recommend or use them again. 3rd time I’ve had to contact someone about incorrect auto ship and charging me in advance. Horrible!Review from Melissa D

Shady company, they hold your money yet don't even have a prescription, even though the vet resubmits it every time. Incompetent. Floods of emails saying they need the vet to authorize the medication even though the vet has faxed and refaxed the same prescription over and over again. We decided to leave allivet and a week ago, the emails are back as they claim they are trying to fill my dog's medicine. We don't even use them anymore because of the fiasco. Now, they are holding $80 in my account! I'm done with them and I want my money back. I'll be contacting my bank and if need be, an attorney. This is fraud.Review from Carolyn S

****************** They continue to autoship on an outdated credit card with multiple shipments I don't need until months out. There IS NO WAY TO STOP AUTOSHIP ON THEIR WEBSITE! They make you call them to stop autoship and they refused to credit my outdated credit card for those shipments. I'm fighting them on the phone now. They are refusing to put me through to a manager. They said the manager would call me back but they don't. I am going on my third round right now with saying that they can't get a hold of a manager. I will keep them on the phone the whole day until they get their manager. I put down that my dog was dead to stop these shipments. I deleted my veterinarian phone number so they stop calling them on their own to get renewals with out my permission!! You also CANNOT DELETE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION FOR EVEN AN OUTDATED CARD ON THEIR WEBSITE. ******* is now trying for a fifth time to put me through to a manager.Review from Gail M

I got a call saying they needed an updated card to ship my autoship. WHAT AUTO SHIP? I never ordered from them. They said I ordered 2 bottles of f dewormer to be delivered every 6 weeks. WRONG! I was a customer of ******* and these people were given my information WITHOUT my permission and are trying to say I have an auto-ship order with them which I never entered into any agreement WITH THEM. Then they have the nerve to say the only way I can cancel is to call them. It's also impossible to delete your account. They provide no instructions to do so. I will be making a complaint to the ****
