The owner was verbally informed during his intake visit which paint finish was desired. Afterwards he sent his crew with flat paint. His crew called him on speaker phone with the issue and he instructed them to tell staff that it was satin; however it was not. He was informed that this was not what was agreed. He then informed that it was going to cost more and that it was overall an inconvenience. Upon my return to the office I became informed about this issues. I called him and he indicated that we never informed about this and that he could not recall conversations with customers. Therefore rather than clarifying he took it upon himself to decide for a flat paint. He agreed to paint some walls in the office satin but doors walls baseboards are mostly flat. The reason the paint job was requested it was because the office walls were flat and in bad condition. He became angry and started screaming at me.Business response

I have reached out to ***************************** addressing her concerns and weve reached an agreement and she agreed that she would take down the complaint. This was a misunderstanding on both parties not just the business. She never stated that she wanted a specific ***** so we used the standard that in custom to all interior jobs. I have also listened to the conversation that she had with Michael whos shes claiming was aggressive and threatening and he was not not once did he raise his voice or use **** language. This is very upsetting and frustrating that anyone can report whatever they want against a business especially when its not true! However as I stated above Ive been in contact with ******* and we have resolved the issue so Id appreciate this complaint to be taken down. Im awaiting on ******** response to see what dates work best for her to have my painters go and correct the issues that she has brought to my attention.
