The above tax office filed my taxes in the beginning part of April of this year. We have waited about 3 weeks and called to find out if there`s a approximate time frame as when we should receive the refund and we`ve been told to give it another 2 weeks and we should have it by then . and so we did , after 3 weeks we have called again and been advised that the wait is a little longer than normal and should give it another 2 weeks .... i`ts now been a little over a month , it`s almoast the middle of May and we called again , this time the ACCOUNTANT told us there has been an ERROR and he had to do it again and this time the file will be sent via MAIL to *** instead of electronically and been told to allow 2 to 3 weeks before refund issue and so AGAIN we did .... the beginning part of June we have called again and this time we`ve been told that it could take UP TO 60 days because when it`s mailed it normally takes that long . that is not true because we have called the *** and not only we were told that there is no record of the file been sent ... there is no record of those taxes being filed period. we were on hold and on the phone with *** for a total of **** hours of which **** hours were ON HOLD TIME and the rest was TALK time ....It`s now been a little over 6 months and the accountant not answering the phone and we can`t even leave a voice mail because his voicemail box it`s full.At this time i`m not only waiting for my refund still , i`m also afraid of identity theft and /or issues with the *** Our credit is outstanding and we have never EVER had an issue of this nature.
